zero stars , I'll likely be seeing them in court as their practices are illegal. They recently purchased this practice and then charged my husband thousands of dollars for a crown ! They failed to inform us that when they took over the practice they don't contract with his insurance which is Cigna. We were not informed of any change at all! I'm pursuing this issue to the fullest - already reported to Cigna, Dept. of Consumer affairs, Division of Insurance, Attorney General. My husband asked if they had billed insurance, they lied and said yes, I confirmed with insurance , no claim submitted. I came here for an extraction and left with what I can only describe as trauma. The dentist used his full body weight during the procedure--literally leaned on the chair and pressed his arm across my chest while pulling the tooth out. It felt more like a forced extraction than medical care. As a patient, I didn't feel seen, heard, or respected--just rushed and manhandled. I also lost a significant amount of gum tissue afterward, which I believe was due to the excessive force used. When I later sought help for the damage, I was dismissed and told to go to the hospital--with no concern or compassion shown. This experience left both physical and emotional scars. If you're vulnerable or on a budget, be cautious--because compassion didn't seem to be part of the treatment plan here. read more

2 weeks ago I called regarding a painful molar ..they got me in very quickly to access the tooth and recommended a root canal to save the tooth but I opted to have it pulled.. I went in the following week and admittingly I was quite nervous... all the staff were caring and made me feel much better before hand. The extraction was not an issue at all and was done so much quicker than I anticipated! Everyone from the office staff, hygienist to Dr were great ! Worst service. The secretary's are all extremely rude and passive aggressive. It's really difficult to speak to them with all of the baggage they decide to bring to the workplace. The establishment seriously needs to reconsider their employees. *currently looking for a new dentist* - also, I needed a letter from the dentist to "ok" my spacing between my teeth and send it over to my orthodontist. I was told they couldn't fax it over due to confidentiality (in case they get hacked). OR pay 15$ to get a printed copy of the letter...am I dreaming or did this really just happen? read more

I have to say, I love this place! From the minute I walked in, I felt a good aura that made me comfortable.Even the office staff were very nice! Im not trying to put any dentist down, but my other dentist was not good to me and always wanted to pull teeth instead of doing other repairs. This dentist was so nice and understanding. And I dont have to wait months to get my teeth fixed! He can do more than one at a time! I cant wait to go back today! My friend recommended them to me and im glad she did! read more

I would not recommend Dental Hygienist Madison. She seems to have issues. She was very condescending and gruff with my child. She was huffing and puffing like she didn't want to be bothered with her job or servicing us. She asked my concerns for my child which I already had written on the paper. I told her again the minor concern. She falsely said my son had a cavity with him opening his mouth for one second and the doctor came in and said he saw none and Doc only noticed the concern mentioned. I refused to have my son be serviced by her and they claimed they had no one else so I will call my insurance to make sure he is not billed for the lack of service. I will also be reporting Madison. She is out of line and had no right to talk to me or my child in the manner she did. I wouldn't recommend dealing with that trash and I will have my child go elsewhere. read more

Staff rude, incompetent and patient hostile. I'm afraid the 'mood' at this "practice" starts from the top down. And it is arrogant and disgraceful. Shame on the dentist! Shame on the staff. I would expect this office (practice) to be closed in the next couple of years--after they burn through whatever goodwill with patients and non-curricular insurance liberties they may be taking. This is the kind of business that is dysfunctional in so many ways. As a healthcare provider, Dental Solution fails. As customer service "professionals," Dental Solutions fails. The practice actually asked me to assist with marketing their "services, previous to my first visit!" Before my last (and definitely) final appointment at Dental Solutions, I phoned the practice to let them know that I was running a few minutes late due to an automobile accident on the highway. No one picked up. When I arrived, I apoligised and was promptly told--rudely--that I was 17 minutes late and they would insist on booking another appointment. I attempted to tell my story and was promptly dismissed. In short, if you are seeking first-world dental treatment with bone fide dental professionals, then seek you dental solutions any place else but Dental Solutions. Really. I had the worst medical care I've ever had in my life here. First, they left me waiting for an hour after my appointment time before I was seen. Then the dentists did not communicate with me regarding any of the questions I had about the cavities I came to get filled. And later I started to get pain in the teeth I got filled and was dismissed and had to go get my issue resolved elsewhere. Then the bill I got was more than double the estimate they gave me. And even after I paid, I got another bill six months later. I have never been so cheated as I was at Dental Solutions. I do not recommend getting any dental care in there. read more

Stay away! The most incompetent office I've ever been in. The receptionists at the front desk are screaming and cackling with foul language while people (including children) sit in the waiting room with a tv blasting Spanish language news from California (?) in the background. They don't do fillings which is the most insane thing I've ever heard being that this is a dental practice. They referred me to other practices that when I called, they knew Dental Solutions referred me before I said it and they said they want them to stop giving people their information because it's incorrect. I have dentophobia. I began coming here in a little under a year ago. The receptionists are super friendly and organized. The dentists are really nice and do a great job. I specifically wrote this review because of the receptionists and the hygienists. Jennifer is an incredible hygienist who is super sweet and ensures that you're comfortable. I cannot recommend her enough. The office is also always incredibly clean, and they have two comfortable waiting rooms. I believe they accept most insurance companies. read more

This place is full of crooks. I went there for a year and a half. They told me i had to have fillings done and teeth pulled, and i had two more opinions, and the other two said that no such thing needed to be done. They also charged me 450 for 2 fillings, even though my insurance fully covers fillings. Before i left, they told me i had two more fillings that needed to be done, and that my insurance would cover it, but when they called to comfirm my appt told me that it would cost me 120. I also needed to get my xrays for the new dentist and said that there was a $15 fee to print because it was through a third party, when i went in they had forgotten to print them and "waived" the fee for me. They printed them there. They lie and steal money from you, and will do work to your teeth that doesnt need to be done just to reach into your pockets. read more

We showed up today for our 11:00am appointment at 10:45 and was told that they would not see us because our appointment was for 10:30 and we were late. I had my appointment card with 11:00 on it and showed it to the girl who even with seeing it with her own eyes was telling me we were scheduled for 10:30... I was arguing with the girl and continued to show her the card and asked how I would know my appointment would be scheduled for 10:30 if the card says 11:00?! Another person who came in after us was told her appointment was actually for two days from now! She pulled out her card and proved she was here on the correct day... beyond frustrated because my child went in for X-rays and had to come back in the waiting room for an hour to wait for her actual cleaning... they obviously overbooked for the day or something because there is only one hygienist working today... wouldn't recommend this place. read more

The most unprofessional dentist I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Although I was told that my insurance was accepted, I was told that I was refused to be treated. I was given 2 referrals to 2 other dentists that would be able to fill my cavities. When I called, both dentists told me that they were not affiliated with Dental Solutions, and they have told Dental Solutions to stop referring patients to their offices for over 6 months, but they refuse to stop doing so. You would be better off taking a pair of pliers, and pulling out your teeth yourself rather than dealing with this jabroni. read more
