I had a work injury and I did my research on physical therapy places because I have been to some that really do not work with you to get better. I choice Walnut physical Therapy and I am so happy I did. The staff is very friendly and attentive. My physical therapist, Lilly, was awesome. She really knows her stuff. The whole staff is awesome. Everything is neat and clean. Highly recommend this place.

A couple months ago I had a running injury, I was clueless as to what I was experiencing until Dr. Lilly Koh the GOAT took great care of me. Thanks to the help of her exercises, appointments, guidance, and wavy music taste, I was running 8+ miles again within a month. It was a month full of Dark Lane Demo Tapes. Recently, my little brother got injured while playing club soccer and I knew exactly where to take him. I know he's in great hands with Dr. Lilly Koh and her team.

I rarely leave reviews. When I do, it's because something went egregiously wrong…read more Ian and his team might be great at massage therapy. Unfortunately, they are unprofessional, poorly organized, and they apparently have zero respect for your time. I originally booked an appointment through the Ian's Calendly system. That appointment was later rescheduled at the last minute (less than 24 hours before the appointment) due to Ian's "Memorial Day weekend plans", despite the appointment being scheduled for the day *after* Memorial Day and appearing as available on his Calendly page. I accommodated the change and adjusted my schedule. The replacement appointment then failed as well. At 8:46 AM on the day of the re-scheduled appointment (scheduled for 12pm), Ian texted me that he was "currently at the airport" and that his flight "ended up being delayed just now." While flight delays happen, this meant my re-appointment had been scheduled on a day that depended on same-day air travel, seemingly just hours apart. What followed was the most frustrating part. Rather than proactively managing the situation, providing a clear update, or giving me a phone call, I was left in limbo until the last minute, trying to determine whether the appointment was actually going to happen. I ultimately had to reach out myself while reorganizing my workday once again around an appointment that never occurred. The result: two failed appointments, two last-minute schedule changes, and a bunch of wasted time. After expressing my frustration and explaining that I had rearranged my day around this appointment, I expected at least a phone call, a sincere apology, or some acknowledgment that the situation had been handled poorly. Instead, Ian's response to the situation was... absolutely nothing. No phone call. No meaningful apology. No ownership. No attempt to make things right. Communication was limited to brief text messages, primarily through an "assistant" named Caroline. To this point, I still do not know whether Caroline is an employee, a virtual assistant, or a scheduling service, because nobody from his business ever personally contacted me to discuss what happened. Given that Ian's team maintains a strict 24-hour cancellation / rescheduling policy, I figured they would understand the value of time. Unfortunately, it appears that they value their own time, but not yours or mine. Mistakes happen. Travel plans change. Flights get delayed. But customer time shouldn't be collateral damage to sloppy planning on the part of a service provider. The true measure of a business is how it responds when things go wrong. In my case, Ian's business failed to honor two scheduled appointments, failed to communicate effectively, and failed to take responsibility afterward. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend these guys.

The improvement after each visit has been incredible. Dr. Ladhawala is extremely knowledgeable, has an outstanding bedside manner, and takes the time to explain everything in detail so you understand both the treatment and the recovery process. I really appreciate how transparent he is. He set realistic expectations and explained that with consistency, we can address the issues I've been experiencing. What also stood out to me is that he takes my autoimmune condition into account and tailors my treatment accordingly. That level of care and attention made me feel heard and confident that I'm in the right hands. I'm so grateful to have been referred to Dr. Ladhawala and genuinely look forward to my next appointment. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a chiropractor who is compassionate, knowledgeable, honest, and truly invested in helping his patients feel better.

Top tier experience, from the super cute animal videos in the lobby to the amazing office staff to Dr. Ladhawala's expertise, all of it is great! I am not an easy patient, to be honest. I don't like to be touched a lot and I definitely tense up at the IDEA of my body being adjusted. It took a bit, but ... I started to relax and trust the process. I started being able to move easier and actually drop the tension in my neck/shoulders! My favorite part is the traction table because I feel like all the weight I subject my spine to (in between visits: carrying my oversized body, crouching/hunching at my work desk, stretching to reach stuff on higher shelves, twisting to pass my kids snacks in the back of the car, etc) literally MELTS out. I am also *pretty sure* I have fallen fully asleep on that traction table but everyone played it off really well & didn't even comment on it. They let me keep my illusion of . If I did fall asleep, I know I snored - soooo ‍. In my defense, the whole space is soooo comfortable & welcoming that it feels like the next logical step haha. Plus, I am always on the go & having a moment to reset my body is much needed. TLDR: Come see Dr. Ladhawala.

Dr. Gong (acupuncture) and Dr. Zee (chiropractic care) both treated me, and are extremely knowledgeable in their craft, taking the time to explain the cause of my issues and working with me on a treatment plan. I've tried the massage, cupping, and gua sha as well and were great for relieving tension and improving circulation. I mentioned not wanting to do the add on services for my next appointment and I was told they would have to refuse service if I don't get the add ons. I get that they're a business trying to make money but my insurance is paying them for the services, trying to pocket more by forcing people to do add ons is wild. Went ahead and canceled my appointments after that.
