I had an extremely serious fall that resulted in a rotator cuff repair of my left shoulder, two neck surgeries with an artificial disc at the C-3, and fusions of the C-4, C-5, C-6, C-7, T-1, right knee debridement, with findings that resulted in a total knee replacement surgery. I was sent to Dr. Saeed for physical therapy. With each surgery, Dr. Saeed, with her dedication to mastering her craft, she did a very thorough examine, explained everything to me, answered all of my questions, wrote extensive notes, and took measurements. I was impressed with her caring, professional manner. I can reemember very clearly where I was when II first came to Dr. Saeed. Her calm mannerisms helped me to trust I was in good hands. Little did I know, Dr. Saeed I was in great hands! Dr. Saeed explain why she is doing what she is doing and gave me written out and illustrated exercises to do at home. The machines, physical therapy equipment all had an important reason to help me with my recovery. Dr. Saeed takes her chosen career seriously, always has the patient's recovery first and foremost in everything she does for every patient. She always gives 110%!! I was directed to this facility by Worker's Comp at my place of employment as it is close to my house. At first glance, I was underwhelmed. It is located in a small strip mall and looks very small from the outside. It is also quite small inside, but they have already obtained the empty business next door and are in the process of expanding. I was greeted by Claudia at the front desk. She is very friendly and efficient and was able to answer any questions I had. I then met Dr. Saeed, the owner and Phyisical Therapist. She is a lovely person and very knowledgeable. My first session went well, and her assistant Raheem was by my side the entire time explaining and demonstrating how to use the machines and do each excercise. The workout room is very clean and the machines look quite new. During the last 10-15 minutes of each appointment, Dr. Saeed provides hands-on therapy (deep tissue massage or laser therapy, among other things). Appointments are easy to make and change if necessary, and there are never too many patients there at the same time. I would highly recommend using this facility for your physical therapy needs. read more

I had a severe contusion on my left pinky finger and could barely move my it. I was referred to HealthCare Physical Therapy in Walnut by a physician, and I can say my pinky feels all healed and ready to go! Dr. Saeed and staff were wonderful! As soon as you come in, you wait no more than 1-2 minutes and they start working with you. Doctor is thorough to see where the pain is at and works from there. Staff is attentive and always make sure that you are in comfort. Staff is always around too to help with the exercises. I had to ice my hand (same with the heat) and if it got too cold for me, or I felt uncomfortable, I had a bell that I could ring so that they could come and assist me. It is sad to see my time with them come to an end, but it was worth it and we did it together. I know if I ever were to get injured again, God forbid, I would definitely come back! Came in for knee pain from a work injury and they helped me so much! Pain was greatly reduced and gained almost all of my mobility back in my knee. They spend a lot of time with their patients more than I have seen at any office I have been to. I was so happy with the results they produced for my knee that I also had them start working on my neck. I had lots of pain stiffness and tightness in my neck not to mention the numbness I would get in my arms and fingers from this issue. Years of sports(wrestling) and weightlifting left me with many complications in my neck. After just 8 weeks I have next to no pain in my neck. Everyone in the Chino office is wonderful. There are very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Saeed and all the therapist are knowledgeable and generous with their time. When you work with them they are encouraging and optimistic about your recovery. They explain the reasons behind the exercises, and always ask if you need a break or water. I had an extremely disappointing experience. From the moment I walked to the front, it was evident that cleanliness was not a priority. The waiting area looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in months, with dirt and grime visible from the windows. Additionally, the staff's behavior was unacceptable.
