He provided hands-on joint mobility (which was so important to determine sources of referred pain), recommendations for stretches, adjustments, and estim for my muscle pain, while treating me as a person. Most PT places I've been to assign patients to assistants after the PT does the evaluation, but not this one. The only thing you have to take into account is to make sure you have enough time- I spent about 2 hours there (it was my first visit- sounds like other visits are about 15-30 min once established). I actually looked forward to my PT appointments because of the positive atmosphere and the amazing staff. After suffering a distal biceps rupture, I needed a structured recovery plan to regain my strength safely. The team did an excellent job helping me recover at the proper pace. They introduced new techniques throughout my rehabilitation and knew exactly when to challenge me as I progressed, which helped me build confidence and strength without overdoing it. Top tier experience, from the super cute animal videos in the lobby to the amazing office staff to Dr. Ladhawala's expertise, all of it is great! I am not an easy patient, to be honest. I don't like to be touched a lot and I definitely tense up at the IDEA of my body being adjusted. It took a bit, but ... I started to relax and trust the process. I started being able to move easier and actually drop the tension in my neck/shoulders! My favorite part is the traction table because I feel like all the weight I subject my spine to (in between visits: carrying my oversized body, crouching/hunching at my work desk, stretching to reach stuff on higher shelves, twisting to pass my kids snacks in the back of the car, etc) literally MELTS out. I am also *pretty sure* I have fallen fully asleep on that traction table but everyone played it off really well & didn't even comment on it. They let me keep my illusion of . If I did fall asleep, I know I snored - soooo ‍. In my defense, the whole space is soooo comfortable & welcoming that it feels like the next logical step haha. Quiet an emotional journey. Kathy is compassionate and challenged me the way I want to, to get back to running again. I'm 13 weeks post op, ortjopedic just released me from my brace and crutches. Kathy has me walking and strengthening to get me bck. I still have 6 more weeks until my next Orthopedic appt, haven't been released from them yet ... or to run, but Kathy is gonna get me there. I trust her to get me there! My son is a runner and also going to Kathy for PT. Big improvement for him after tendinitis. We are so thankful to Kathy!!! ‍

This is my sixth session with Kathy Spencer and I am still pleased with how my therapy is going. She explained how thing work especially with my injury. This is best rehabilitation I have experienced in a while. Previous therapies does not come near this professionalism. This facility maybe small but clean and watching the other trainers, they seem to be too. I've been to "mills" where they just do the minimal and give me written instructions on what to do. The exercises here actually makes more sense with my knee injury and muscle wasting. She is helping to gain both function back.
