This is my gas station and I want them to fix this so it doesn't happen again!…read moreI normally use the pumps on the left side closest to Graystone. This week, I used one on the far right side. My daughter was in the car while I was pumping gas. I wanted to stop at 20.00 but the plate that keeps the gas pumping on the nozzle got stuck. It would not shut off. I tried prying the plate switch up and nothing. I yelled for help to tell them to shut the pump off...it keep going. I finally had to pry the plate harder...hurting my finger and breaking my fingernail down to the quick to get it to stop. If it had kept going, gas would have been shooting out all over me, the car and the pavement. Instead of the 20.00 I had budgeted, it was over 31.00! This is not acceptable. A couple of weeks ago, none of the pumps were working...none of them. I had to get gas elsewhere. Someone needs to address all of this. I will not be back!
