This Walmart is terrible. I went here to buy an electronic device and the workers didn't want to honor the sales price. They got into a huge argument with me over them not being willing to honor the actual price of the item. This is by far the worst Walmart I've been to. The store is clearly old and there is no self check out line. On any given day expect a long wait to get checked out because there are barely any checkout lines open. You can almost never find an employee out on the floor to offer help. Ordered photo invitations on line to be processed at this store...i paid premium for my order that'll take more than 1 hour. Picked up order. The count was correct but the cut edges were crooked...some had a white side some did not...invites were not cut improperly and they were un even. No envelopes...Store did not have proper envelopes to fit 5x7 card. Spoke with manager...Stacy was polite, but unapologetic...refunded my money. Now I need to go back on line, order new invites and go pick up at another store.....This quality of service and resolution attempt has discouraged me from returning. Horrible service. It doesn't matter what time you come in here. This place is always understaffed. It is often hard to locate a manger to handle any issues or concerns that arise. Staff often appears to be frustrated early in the morning, even when they open. I hate coming in this store and only do so if it is a true emergency or necessity. read more

The lines are always long because it's only 2 or 3 lines that are open unless you come when the doors open . This place is just the worst. It's ripped apart. Long lines never more than two or three lanes open. Shelves are empty. Boxes of unpacked shipments sitting in the aisles for days. Today I stood in line for half hour for just a jar of sauce. And I couldn't even get the kind I wanted because the shelves were empty. It looked like a raid after a zombie apocalypse. The lines have been full of dummies who just got their tax returns buying tons of stupid crap. I'll drive to Plymouth meeting and king of Prussia formy shopping needs to heck with this dump. I live in the area so the only reason I've gone to this Walmart is the pure convenience of the location. Otherwise, it's beyond awful. - There really long lines, with many people often going through the self-pay kiosk's because only one other lane is open. - The self-pay kiosk's crash constantly or are "out of service", so this makes the wait ten times longer. - The customer service desk is always surrounded with people. - The store is dirty at best, there are never people available to help, and when they are, they don't know anything. - The shelves are rarely fully stocked, boxes are opened, items are in the wrong places, with half of the merchandise on the floor. I said that I have gone to this Walmart for the sake of convenience. I no longer do - I will drive the extra 20 minutes to the Walmart on Blair Mill Rd, or to the Target in Cheltenham (which manages to run a better store) to find what I need. They need to revamp this store, it needs a much bigger food section, re train alot of the staff on customer service, but everyone was very pleasant. Just awful. I hate going here. It's very ghetto. The parking lot is stupid the way it is set up for starters. That's usually enough to keep me away. The lines are long. The employees are for the most part miserable and unhelpful. It's downright depressing to shop here. I moved my cheap prescriptions from this store, because I hated going there. Store is very dated too. I went recently and there was a line at customer service 15+ deep. The previous visit, I had to do ship to store, because they wouldn't ship something directly to my address and it took me 10-15 min to get an employee to retrieve my item. Most of the others just blew me off or told me to go search for someone in electronics. Absolute joke of a store. This is why people hate walmart. I'm really big on produce and fresh foods so coming to this Walmart was a huge let down. I couldn't find any fresh foods and the food that they did have was very sparse. There is a large section of clothing and their tools section was adequate enough, but it's not exactly a great store to shop at either. I was there at 9pm on a Saturday night and only 3 lanes were open for checkout. None were express. I waited close to 30 minutes in line. This place is where you go when you are desperate and nothing else is open. It should be bulldozed to make room for a store that doesn't make you feel like you need a shower after you leave. They royally screw up orders (site to store) and then literally disappear and not come back when going to "look" for your missing items, lines are always terrible, employees seem like they are doing you a favor and walk around talking on their cell phones. Take your business to Target up the street- it's clean, people are nice and they move you through the lines very quickly. Prices are a little higher but the feeling of not wanting to burn your clothes after a shopping trip = Priceless. read more

Customer service was horrible. The lines we're getting longer and longer while the staff was standing around unwilling to help check out. After waiting 20 mins in line and watching the staff just stare,we left our cart there and went home. Staff was clearly underperforming and management apparently failed to effectively delegate. Make a long story short I left my one of my bags at the register and came back once I realized I was missing a bag I came back didn't have my receipt so I want to customer service and told them exactly what I left, they had the bag with the three items that I told them i left I then spoke to the customer service supervisor Brandon tell him the situation he was speaking over me asking where is the receipt. this is the only walmart i have ever been to that is consistently out of a product every single time i go there. have several cats and use their store brand of non scoopable cat litter. i have asked the person who does the ordering multiple times what is going on and am always given the answer it is on order. well, if you know that it is a big seller why can't a super huge coorporation keep this in stock? this store is the only one that is ever out of this product. it is ten minutes from our house and yet we have to go to other wal marts that are at least 30 or 40 minutes away. pull it all together, please, this isn't brain surgery, just stocking an item. read more

Today I went to purchase a the book "Dare Greatly" by Dr. Brene Brown, folders, and something else they did not have as usual. This is the most horrible walmart I've ever been to . I live In the area and I can honestly say this isn't convenient for me ! First off let's start off with the smell when you walk in, the store reeks of sewage and smell as if the bathroom is near by smh . When you come out and come in you can literally smell it on your clothes! The shelves are never stocked! In the beauty aisle all the nail polishes are either gone, spilled , or the ones they have left are the ones that are the high priced ones . Their equate brand of nail polish remover is never there anymore . Shall I mention that anything good that's good quality and is a good price doesn't live long at this walmart ! They never have anything ! The soap aisle is horrid . It's absolutely no dove what so ever on the shelf . Your lucky if you get one box of dove soap there ! Just like someone else mentioned there's always clothes but the essentials are never available . The managers are horrible especially the one with the blonde wig . If you could give this place 0 stars I would. I have lived near this walmart for 6 years and nothing has changed. Shelves are consistently out of stock of EVERYTHING. They do not have anyone bring in carts ever- you must bring your own cart in to shop. Do not plan on buying frozen goods because they will thaw out while waiting in line. The quickest I ever got through a line at this location was 10 minutes. And that was with one person in front of me. I won't even start with the staff- there's nothing to say about them. I have never had a pleasant experience. Since I've lived here so long my expectations are extremely low- in short I'm used to a disgusting place to shop and I tolerate it if I don't want to drive 25 minutes to a clean well stocked walmart. But it never fails that I cannot get at least 25% of the items of my list, and end up going to target and paying more for things anyhow.
