She made me feel like I knew exactly what's going on with my teeth and what the next steps are and why. I would be seriously surprised if she hasn't been in the industry at least a decade based on the amount of knowledge she has. She doesn't look old enough to have been in the industry that long but yeah. She even showed me my x-rays and walked me through exactly what they were looking for and showed every spot of potential concern which I've never had anyone do at any dentist's office. The doctor was also really friendly and he talked to me like an actual person who might understand what he was saying which I'm not used to. This was overall just an amazing experience. I still might go back to Colby Community College for cleanings sometimes just because of the price but I would 1000% recommend EyeSmile for dental work. And especially Jada. She deserves a fat raise because whatever they pay her is absolutely not worth the care and effort she puts in.

I will not be taking my son back there! She did not explain my son's eye exam results to me at all instead, handed my 9 yr old son the prescription and walked away. She did not acknowledge my presence as the minor child's parent. After I looked at the script and realized his eye sight had gotten worse, I said, "Looks like the prescription got worse?" She was already taking another patient in and from across the room yelled, "Kids eyes do that, no need to be mean to him!" Wow, I was not being mean. I was trying to clarify the results as she did not even explain them to me. On her office door reads, "Glorify God." She either hates her life or hates her job, either way she needs to be the Christian she is claiming to be. I'm done with her office!

We feel the medical side did do a good job, no complaints about the doctor but the cost was way out of line. Ask first how much all will cost. When we went in to pick up glasses we were charged an additional 98 dollars. I think we were ripped off.
