I was serviced very politely without waiting and without charge. I have also been in with my sister who ordered glasses and was very happy again. I am a retired nurse. I know what short staffing does to the morale of the employees and the service that is influenced for the customer. It is tough on all involved which inevitably includes the customer. A response of rudeness in return is hurtful and completely unproductive.

I felt bullied for the 15 mins I was there to return my glasses. He made sure I get the paper with all the breakdown that my insurance has paid and that I felt guilty in returning my glasses. He has repeatedly mentioned it all throughout the return process and I genuinely felt bullied. On top of that, he was shaking his head a lot. Like, I've never felt so ashamed and bullied for a return. I will personally not come back to this place anymore because of him.
