After two days and hundreds of dollars, I was left with a barely built and bent gazebo. This included whole pieces not put back on and a giant hole in the mosquito netting. Not only did they not complete the job, they ruined the gazebo. I received no reimbursement of any kind. And on top of everything, they were extremely late showing up both days and communication was terrible. Then came packing and moving days. Now I would refer to this company as A Pickup and a Couple of Guys. They immediately started to complain about how much they had to pack and how they had to leave at 5 so they weren't sure they could get it done. China was packed using cloth place mats which they had to hunt to find since the china and place mats were in different parts of the house. There was plenty of bubble wrap available. Crystal was thrown in a box with packing paper. Items were moved from one part of the house to another to pack so when we unpacked we were not able to find complete sets of items. Sure enough, when 5 pm came the majority of packers left even though they had not packed any of our bathrooms and had left 4 kitchen cupboards untouched. Fortunately 2 of the other packers were responsible and finished up. The next day, the actual moving day, was a repeat. Complaints about how much stuff we had, they hadn't planned enough trucks, the boxes were too heavy. By 4:00, when we saw them passing a joint around we just wanted them gone. We are not naive but we didn't appreciate their vulgar language. On move in day they were expected between 8-9 AM. We had confirmed that time several times in advance. They did not show up until 1:30 PM. Every time we called to check we were told they were still loading the trucks. We now think they couldn't round up enough workers. Two furniture items were broken so they could not be used, 2 lamps were packed so poorly that the switches no longer worked. Several dishes and glasses were broken. We have taken pictures of all of the damage and submitted them multiple times to Nathan, the manager. He has not responded. No adjustor has come to analyze the broken pieces of furniture so we can get them repaired. We paid extra for breakage insurance so that was a waste of money.

I even sent several pictures and asked that 3 men came due to this situation. He assured me that that was not a problem and quoted me a higher per hour rate, that I agreed too. However when they showed up, only 2 men and one was just helping his friend out for the day. Took them 20 minutes (I'm not kidding) to back the truck into the drive way. They said they hadn't gotten trained yet. I could have over look that, but where was the 3rd guy. He said we'll just do what we can with 2 and save you money. However money wasn't the issue it was the spiral staircase that I had explained to the 1st guy I scheduled the move with. Finally after getting all my belongings out of the house and they started with moving large dressers, beds, couches, TV they realized they of course could not do this job without a 3rd guy. It took them 12 hours, a large gauge (scratch) in the brand new floor, many broken pieces off the dressers, scratches, dented mailed box and wall damage to get everything done. I've never experienced such a mess! And they want to charge me a lot more than they quoted me. I paid more, but not the entire amount they wanted. I would suggest you wait to hire this company until they have had some time to get trained. They will not allow me to file a claim and my renter's insurance only covers my belongings with a large deductible. I will have to chalk this one up to live and learn and stick with what (who) you know.

An aquarium stand was not secured properly and caused a bunch of marks and scratches. Frames were broke on both aquariums from not properly securing and loading and unloading. The two men that showed up were wonderful; professional, kind, and a delight to work with. They were very polite. And not just to me, but to the little old ladies in the building, holding doors and saying hello. They also helped disassemble the bed, which hadnt even occured to me. Life savers!
