I'm very disappointed that they did not inform me of this when I set up the appointment nor prior to the appointment. It was very unprofessional. In the past few years, I have watched as customer service has declined. It has become a cattle call. With my appointments being rescheduled (2 times). No personal communication. It has dwindled to the move them in and move them out mentality and it shows. I have decided to try a new place next year and see how that goes. I want to be treated as a client who has been seeing you for years not as someone you want to get through the service line. I have been wearing eyeglasses since the age of 4 years old. They are a part of who I am. I have spent thousands of dollars on the most fashionable, the thin lenses, the blue lens and more. I wear both Rx glasses and sunglasses. I would absolutely recommend Coleman Vision to anyone considering LASIK, they are 5 stars in every aspect!
