The Indian lady from service came over to the Parts Dept to give a helping hand. After 1/2 hour of waiting in line, it was my turn, then the young employee said to me give me a couple of minutes while I take care of the guy behind me. I was shocked and upset so I left the store. This is the 3rd time within a couple of months that I had an altercation with employees. I don't think they believe in customer service. Even the service manager saw the line up but sat in his office.

Found some reasonably priced pants for a trip to France...they were a lightweight cotton and were marked down. On my most recent stop in, I had spied a Tommy Hilfiger coat at Winners fro $119.99 and thought it might be cheaper here. Unfortunately, the same coat (same style, same colour, same everything) was $249.99 less 30%...which brought it down to the $175. Opted to go back to Winners and buy it there instead. I find the staff at this location to be a bit snooty.....the whole time I was there (on a Tuesday afternoon), not 1 staff member smiled, greeted me, offered assistance, looked my way, nada. Most were focused on folding clothes or rehanging them. Not a big deal as I usually don't like to be bothered by staff when shopping...but some sort of acknowledgment would be nice. Store is large and it is a favorite of a cousin whenever he comes down from out of town.

While the store itself is a disorganized mess, the prices cannot be beat. I spied a man's Tommy Hilfiger coat priced at $119.99...then remember there's a Tommy Hilfiger outlet at Vaughan Mills...so I decided to check the coat out there, figuring it may actually be cheaper at the actual company store. Price for the exact same coat at the Tommy Hilfiger store was $249, less 30%...so it would have come to around $175. Trudged back to Winners...got the coat...saved myself over $50. Cashiers were fast, the whole process was pretty seamless.

Lots of things on special, clearance, sold deals. Store staff very helpful always say hello and saying how's your day. There was a line up to check out making it take longer than I would have liked, although there were five cashiers. Seems like the store wants you to look at items while they corral you through the checkout system. Only reason I did not give the store five stars today, was because several times I picked up items and they were missing a piece, or cracked, or broken. Would appreciate if staff could go through and remove such items from the shelves

I think (call me crazy) boutique clothing stores should be all about service. Connecting with customers. Acknowledging them as soon you walk in. Be observant. Watch if your customer needs anything. Basic. Old school and it works. Instead I heard someone speaking to someone else in Italian exchanging a few "bad" words (not professional) in fact I found them pompous! I'm not even sure the snobs of Woodbridge wood even go here.
