Small and aisles are crowded, barely allowing 2 carts to pass by each other. The employees shopping for customers are rude. Don't pay attention to where they are pushing their carts, in a rush, almost causing a major collision. They also leave the cart unattended in the middle of the aisles as they shop in a different vicinity. Why not take it with you and put it out of people's way if you are going to walk off and leave it? It's gotten to be annoying to have to shop around them because half the time they are watching something on their phones if not talking on it, or have ear buds in so they definitely aren't paying any attention to their surroundings. Leaving inventory out blocking the aisles, in the middle of walkways, or employees stocking while people are trying to shop around them and they give no care to cutting in front of customers or blocking them. I had a terrible experience with the pharmacy. The cost of a medication had gone up and when I asked the tech about it, he just said "contact your insurance". Which was ok, i guess BUT then I received an email stating that he had cancelled my prescription! I didn't ask him to do that! Very unprofessional. Okay here's the thing. Everyone nags on Walmart for every little thing. I've never had any problems with this one. I just wish their parking lot was nicer looking. The store is fully stocked and their pharmacy staff is kind. Their grocery pickup always works well for me. Carts work, shelves are organized in a way that makes sense, and everyone is trying their best. It's not my absolute favorite place to grocery store, but all other stores nearby don't stock everything I'd like my specific brands like Walmart does. People only like to post negative reviews but they'll always be back because Walmart has the largest stock and the lowest prices. As much as I loathe Wal-Mart, when you're in Oklahoma, you're kinda stuck going to them. I've shopped at this one a bunch when I lived in Stillwater for college, because I have family in Yukon. This Wal-Mart, in general, is better than most because the selection is HUGE. They have a TON of hair products and makeup. The help in generally friendly and I ended up with, surprisingly, a really banging magenta bra and matching lacy panties. I was actually really floored that 1. they carried something that looked way too high end for a Wal-Mart 2. Was so cheap! $10.50 for a bra is insane! I ended up buying a bra, set of panties, a headband and a pair of hose for $30 when I was just looking for hose and a hair thingy on 11/11/11. Not bad. read more

The parking lot was busy today!! The greeter don't greet...I found everything I needed AND sweatpants for $1.00/pair! Walmart is always good to check out Clearance s and bargains. Usually I like to check out what businesses are in each Walmart, like the food place, haircuts, banks, salons or spas and now doggy salons (yep! Enid, Ok has one) but today my back hurt so bad, I just wanted to get home. Self check out for me, get impatient waiting on the two cashier's. Ready for home! I called late at night to find a video game. I selected the electronics segment of the call in queue and I waited for 10 minutes. Then the automated voice said that all associates were busy assisting other customers. At 1 am, yeah okay. Anyways it tried to transfer me to customer service. Waited another 15 minutes, someone picked up, I said "Hello" they breathed and hung up Called in again to speak to anyone that worked there, got a lady that seemed nice enough I guess, I let her know the electronics department didn't answer and neither did customer service. She let me know before my sentence was finished that the electronics section was closed. I told her what I wanted and she told me she would walk over to the section to check. She hung up right after she said that. So I drove up there, just because I wanted to check for myself. I went to a different Walmart to find this product and they had a section for it but it was out of stock. This Walmart in Yukon did not even have a section for it. I can get past being out of stock on something, but I don't feel like I should have been treated poorly when I just wanted to buy a video game late at night with no other customers in the store. Not well stocked, uninterested staff, generally dirty... The good thing about this location is the location. It is easy to get to, and serves a large population in the area. The bad thing is that it is virtually across the street from a Target that is one of the best in the OKC Metro. Overall, if they step up their fame, this could be a very successful location. read more

Unfortunately this Walmart is the most convenient location to my house, so I must frequent this establishment more times than I wish. If I have some extra time, I drive the extra mileage to go to another Walmart. This Walmart always seems so disorganized and filthy. There are NEVER enough cash registers with real people working them open. Usually it's one, and I always have to wait for super long time when it's not even busy. I have a hard time scanning my own items while wrestling my child and so prefer someone else to do it for me as it is much easier. And the parking lot...more times than not, no one has cleared out shopping cart spaces and you have to swerve to miss them because the line of them is starting to impede traffic! As far as Walmart's go, this is one of my least favorite locations. read more

The supervisors here are done of the most rude, unconcerned with customer service, belittling group that I've ever encountered working in a retail setting. When I have to go to the customer service desk to request that sone be come to the self check-out lanes so that an approval can be acquired because I was buying beer... and when I informed the supervisor that I'd just like to have someone perform that task so that I can complete my transaction and go home, she replies, "God, it's only been a minute. I loathe this Walmart.. I try to avoid it and use the mustang location, but once and a while, I come here Bc it's just convenient. I should just stop.. pick up is absolutely a nightmare. If you have to pick up, be prepared to wait over an hour to even have someone come to your car. The produce is always terribly picked out. I like to meal prep for the week, my spinach had an expiration date of the same day I picked it up. It was already turning nasty. My lettuce was turning brown. So there goes half my meals for the week. They're always out of at least five or six items off of my list, and they suck at substituting. But I guess it's still better than having to go into this place. It's in a perfect location, so it's always crowded, the isles are so tight, it's almost claustrophobic when everyone is waiting for that ONE PERSON to hurry up and pick what they want so EVERONE behind them go, Bc there's no room to go around. it's like herding cattle. It's very disorganized, they're always moving things to different places, so you never know where anything is. Some of the staff is very helpful, but others act like you just ruined their day by asking a question. If you want to try anything on, good luck finding someone. And if you do, they'll act like it's suuuuch an inconvenience for them to unlock a door. I'm just going to stick to Mustang and Yukon's Market Walmart from now on. I would not recommend this store to anyone using their delivery service. 3xs my order has been "delayed" but actually never shows up. No explanation or message saying they wouldn't fulfill the order. Okay before I begin in the interest of full disclosure I hate Walmart to begin with. Unfortunately as is the situation for a lot of people we find ourselves forced to go for certain items. If I can I will always shop at target or homeland instead. With all of that out of the way I will attempt to give an unbiased review and base it on this location. First, this location is way to small. They have jammed as much as they possibly could. To the point where in most isles you can't get two carts past each other. It makes it extremely frustrating and makes you want to get out even faster. So moving on to things that are within the control of the employees and management. Whoever is in charge of the ordering of merchandise needs to be retrained or just replaced. I can't count how many times the item I have gone for appears to be the same exact item everyone else wants. That happens, can't really be avoided right? My problem is that the shelves all around the sold out items are so full they are over flowing. Obviously less of these brands/items should be ordered and more of the ones that you are constantly selling out of should be. This has been the case countless times for items such as dog food, laundry soap and grocery items just to name a few. As for the employees, I have had good interactions and bad with them. Some are willing to help and are very polite. However, the other day I was looking for toothpicks and was having trouble finding them. I walked up to an employee in grocery and asked her if she knew where I could find them. She didn't even look over at me and just simply stated "nope" and continued straightening the items on the shelf. That was it, she never offered to find out for me or point me in the direction of someone that would know. So I made my way over to household goods and located two more employees straightening items on the shelves. I asked them the same question and they both looked at each other before responding "no" and then going back to what they were doing. As I walked away bewildered I observed a full display of toothpicks 1 isle up from where they were working. You add these issues to the already frustrating and annoying things about Walmart in general like the long lines and empty cash registers and it more than justifies spending a little more to shop at target or homeland and since we are discussing this location particularly target and homeland are very conveniently located near by. read more

Wow, we came here just to get a carton of eggnog. Lines were long and had to just get out of there. My trick was to check the Electronics with no line. We got out in less than 5 minutes. Still, you think they could better handle things before the holidays. Still, this served its purpose for low price and one stop shopping. read more

The only truly unsatisfactory experiences I've had were years apart. 1) Bought a Queen size bed set (comforter, shams, etc.). I got home and opened the bag to wash the items, which I was unaware had been returned previously. There was a VERY strong cigarette odor and missing items. I had been charged the full price for the set. 2) One cashier had the propensity of roughly handling produce. That is, she'd thunk them down rather indelicately onto the scanner and then shove them into a bag without much discern. I strongly dislike overly bruised produce, so I asked her to handle my items less roughly. She became exasperated and started exaggerating each movement so I'd definitely get the message that me not wanting her damaging my produce was like, omg, so uncool of me. 3) I needed a new battery and I took my car to Wal-Mart to be serviced. I'm assuming there was an apprentice or new guy or something that day, because they put the battery in the wrong way and there was a butt ton of sparks. A rather dumb mistake, in my opinion. I don't come to Wal-Mart for service anymore now. Other than that, I'm pretty content with Wal-Mart. The automotive people are always helpful whenever I need a key copied, etc. If I forget an item at the register the cashier usually spots it before another customer winds up with it and it's a relatively painless process to call in and let the service desk know about it. read more

After I was assaulted again they fired me. They refused to document my medical conditions so I could get help. Cleaned out things I carry in my small SUV to load up on fall yard and garden products. Fescue seed, fertilizer, dirt, bird seed, some tools and anything I ran across I needed. I drove a bit out of the way to the Yukon Walmart as my Small 14 pound dog was with me, he generally is. I can go through the garden center without issue since they also sell cow manure so a lily white dog is no problem. I do it all the time. I put cardboard in the cart or he walks by me depending. Well trained 11 year old Bichon. That's not the point. I pulled up, the gate was closed to the garden center. So, I called. A lady came on, I asked her if someone would please open the gate. She came back on after a few minutes and said, it's closed right now!!! Excuse me? I explained I have a disability and needed to go directly to the garden center as I can't walk all the way through the store then back across to check out, plus, I needed help. She put me on hold. After 17 minutes on hold, I drove 1/4 mile to Lowe's. Got everything I needed, got help and they got my $243.00. I'm thinking Walmart is in big trouble. We generally buy groceries there but shelves have been empty or things we buy, OUT! Their stockers are blocking the isles at 11:00 on Saturday or Sunday morning, all the items should be on the shelf, faced and ready by 8;00am at the latest. We also notice lately, frozen dinners have melted and ran to one end. How long have they sat in the idle. Old Sam must be on a rotisserie rolling over in his grave. I hate amazon but items are here the next day, you don't have to deal with attitude and smugness. A new friendly giant discount local grocery store is about to open soon close to us. We were there last week. 11 out of 14 isles were open and they have sackers with help to the car if you ask. We had to stop at Walmart for something they did not carry, I swear as I took photos both places. 2 lines at Walmart were open with 6-9 people waiting in each one. At this Walmart around 8:00 with lots of shopping to do for the upcoming 4th of July. Items are stocked poorly--mixed with different items and on wrong shelves (according to tags). Workers could not always tell me where to find items. I had so much shopping to do that I gathered a load of non-perishable items, checked out and loaded them in the car, then went back in to finish shopping. Now with my second load of groceries I go to check out at about 9:30. Unless one chose to do self check out (which was not an option for me), only one attended checkout line was open. I was number 7 in line with more behind me. It seems someone at the front was having loads of trouble. About 30 minutes later, Walmart management finally opened another line (after receiving several requests). As appropriate, I directed those in front of me to the the new line, (not wanting to take advantage). So now in the new line, it took another 15 minutes or so before I got to the front. By the time the checker started on my items, my groceries were sweating. Tags actuall pealed of of the chicken package from the wetness. There are not excuses for such poor functioning of management. read more

This has got to be the worst Wal-Mart in the area (including OKC). On several occasions I have gone there to get deli meat and the deli is closing 1 1/2 hours earlier than posted. I asked the manager Sandy what the deal was and he just gave a bunch of excuses and lip service and claimed it would not happen again and a week later and the same thing again. This Wal-Mart is the worst at moving stuff all the time where you can not find it and rarely can I go here and get everything I need they are usually always out of the stuff I need. I have had dealings with two managers at this particular Wal-Mart Sandy and Malcolm and they were both worthless in my opinion, It is hard to believe that even Wal-Mart would hire these two and give them a management position. If Wal-Mart is paying these two managers more then minimum wage Wal-Mart is getting cheated. Save yourself some aggravation and go to the Mustang Wal-Mart it is like a whole other business, their managers are professional and actually follow through with what they tell you and usually you can find everything you need in one visit. This pertains to the pharmacy only. While waiting in line (10/04/2013 late morning) to pick up some sudafed for my wife it took a really long time for just one person ahead of me. However, it did give me a chance to watch the person filling multiple prescriptions. She was fast! She could open a bottle of pills, count them out, pour them into the prescription bottle and slap the label on incredibly quickly. Problem was that she was also answering the phone that others were using. One of them had a bad cough. Also, the table where she was working was littered with bags, etc. Whenever pills were spilled onto this table she picked them up with her fingers and threw them in the prescription bottles. She did not wear any kind of gloves and never was observed to wash or sanitize her hands. The last thing a really sick person needs is to be exposed to more germs that could cause a really bad cold or worse. For some it could prolong their recovery and add to their misery. For some it might put them over the edge and prove fatal. The lack of proper sanitation by this pharmacy is inexcusable. PS. I tried calling the store two times to talk to the store manager about this. Each time the phone rang over a dozen times with no answer. read more
