When I got there, I was told several different stories that it was sold that it wasn't in stock. It had been sold and that it wasn't available for sale yet and that it was on hold for an employee who is waiting to get paid the next day or so either way manager on duty Kim, I believe said no they do not hold an autumn even for employees, but when she went back, they had hid the mower over in garden behind some trees. Finally, it was found, and the manager of that department said he was saving it for his friend Chris. It makes you wonder how long they've been doing this and what process they have been marking them down to their friends for as this Moore had been marked down as a return.

You can also upgrade to Boars Head meat, but I honestly prefer the standard deli meat from Publix. My observation is that most people order regular subs, or the daily special - but an employee showed me the best deal in the house! It sounds confusing, so I'll try to explain :) Subs & Sandwiches: You can order a "whole" or a "half" ... same like Subway. HOWEVER!!! - here's the fun part - you can also order a "whole" or a "half" on regular bread. If you order a WHOLE sandwich on "regular bread" - like wheat, rye, sourdough, or my favorite WHITE MOUNTAIN - they give you TWO WHOLE SANDWICHES that are generously sized :) IN MY OPINION, that's much more fun than any sub. The sandwiches are nicely wrapped and bagged separately. So really, it's like two meals in one!! The sandwiches are always delicious. It's a great, healthy option to all other fast food. Give it a try next time you're at the Tullahoma Publix deli :) I promise, you will love it. Last time I checked I think it was $8.99 for a "whole" - which translates to $8.99 for TWO full sandwiches on regular deli bread. It's delicious and a great deal. Love!

I had been trying to find my EAS AdvantEDGE low carb/high protein drinks and the places that used to have them no longer do... so I was hoping that Publix would. When I moved from Murfreesboro to Shelbyville four years ago, I really missed having a Publix. I've eagerly awaited the opening of this one! From the time one walks in where you're greeted by smiling faces... and handed the latest sales circular... take note Kroger; you who have the worst customer service ever... it was a deluge of happy, smiling employees who were greeting me just like at ALL the Publix stores I've been in. One would ask "Is it because it's a new store?" My answer to that is a resounding "NO!" I've always had a pleasant experience at Publix. Never a grumpy employee to be found, and they will bend over backwards to assist you in whatever it is you need. Looking for my EAS product... horrors!... they didn't have it either. As I was headed to the deli to get a bit of something to eat on the way home... by the way, their subs were rated THE BEST by something or another... sorry I can't remember by whom... I was greeted by a customer service rep who asked how my shopping experience was going. I told her I was a bit perturbed that they didn't have my protein drinks. She, Carla, said we could attempt to rectify that problem if I had a minute or two. Awesomeness! Of course I do! She grabbed a form to fill out with the specifics of what I needed, and it would be turned into the manager and whoever did the ordering. I got a copy and they'd call me if they were able to get it and it arrived. SWEET!!! Again... TAKE THAT, KROGER!!! Headed to the deli area... woooooooo... so sad to be on low carb/keto for once. Must've gained weight from the smells and visuals alone! Got some unbreaded fried chicken wings that were mega delicious! Didn't mess up my meal plan at all. Prices are great. The checkout people are darlings... the baggers as well. I had to laugh. I had my purse, a tiny bag of chicken wings, and a drink... and was asked if I would like assistance to my car. The shelves are always stocked. It may take a while to find something (peanuts and mixed nuts are up in the front of the store off to the left of the cash registers). Their deli folks were very friendly and helpful in what to get that day. They let you select the width of the cut. The deli meats I got were fresh. I love their choices of potato salad. At the registers, things went smoothly. I'm usually the one who picks something that apparently isn't in the coding schemes but I didn't have any mishaps here. Enough of the items were on sale to make for pricing decisions on which brand to get. Sometimes I stick with certain brands even if they are a little bit more in price. Would I go back. Sure

This is a small store in a small town, and it's not sexy, but it's cool. If you are there when the owner is in, you may smell some lingering cigarette smoke, so if you're super sensitive, be warned. But he has dozens and dozens of grandfather clocks, mantle clocks, wall clocks, and even cuckoo clocks. Years ago, about 23 years ago, my parents had offered my husband and I a cuckoo clock as a gift for our first wedding anniversary. 20-something me laughed at the idea and told them thanks, but no thanks, but now 23 years later I'm thinking it might be fun to have a cuckoo clock, and now we do. I realize this isn't a store for everyone, but even if you are a 20-something who relies on their cell phone for all things time-related, one day you'll appreciate a working clock in your home, and maybe Northside Clocks will still be ticking. Our cuckoo purchase included very clear instructions and a three year warranty, so you never know... we might be back for a grandfather clock one day!
