Hubs ordered the Goodfella Pizza, with a couple of deletions, and loved it. I chose the Elana Ruz sandwich and it was glorious! Not exaggerating, that sandwich was such a delicious combination of flavors. We were able to find seats inside while we waited, and then hubs found a table outside right before our food was ready. The weather was delightful so we enjoyed sitting outside. We loved the overall vibe, although inside was a little loud. Their decor everywhere was so much fun! We also appreciated the drink refills as we headed out. As we left, we saw tons of parking in an adjacent lot, which I've noted for future visits. Mountain Goat Market is now definitely a must-do on our next trip to The Caverns.

In a very large open room, I was reminded of a high school cafeteria. We were able to get a table right away. Order at the counter and seat yourself. We took turns ordering because our table was the last one and we didn't want to lose it. The meal took only a few minutes to prepare and we were eating by 12:55 The Reuben looked amazing as did the pizza. I was a little jealous. Especially since I ordered the fiesta burrito and found it to be mostly ... just.... okay. I was disappointed that the gift / souvenir shop was closed.

I did Edward's Point and Signal Mountain on a super hot morning hike and decided I had earned a huge sandwich and some pimento cheese so, I snuck in about 25 minutes before closing to get a sandwich to go. Staff were SO nice and welcoming. Telling me there was no rush, I could sit and eat, etc. I spoke to the charming Chris, who went over the entire menu with me and offered for me to sample a few of their pasta salads and pimento and made suggestions. He was the biggest sweetheart. In the end, they didn't have the daily special chopped Italian I'd seen so, I went with a turkey and cheese with pimento to go and some sweet tea. At checkout, another friendly and lovable female staffer was totally charming. My sandwich was HUGE and the pimento cheese was some of the best I've ever had! And, your girl is from the South so, I've had a metric ton of pimento in my life. I really like the location and the vibes inside. Local's gem. And the staff, A+++++

The interior is quite spacious, which was unexpected given the humble shopping center storefront. There were lots of places to sit and everything was tidy. They have a fairly expansive deli menu with sandwiches, soups, and what I think of as southern salads (e.g. chicken salad, pasta salad, etc - not necessarily a meal or dish with a bunch of greens, lol). They also have the option of getting half sandwiches with a soup or salad. You order at the counter here and are given a number, which an employee will call out when your food is ready. The folks working were pleasant and attentive and our food was made quickly. My dad ordered a Reuben sandwich with chips and my mom and I both got the Frito chili pie. We both got sour cream with ours; I also got pickled jalapeños on mine at no extra charge. Everything was tasty. The Frito pie was a sizeable portion and very hearty. The chili wasn't spicy at all but had satisfying umami flavor. The Fritos stayed nicely crunchy and the jalapeños were a great touch. My dad liked his Reuben too, though it didn't quite stack up to the heights of his GOAT Reuben, haha. The side of chips was impressive and very generous. Overall, a simple but satisfying visit that we enjoyed. Give them a try if you're passing through.
