A large gentlemen named Chris was NO help. Drive from Harlingen at night to get something that shows online is available in-store. Asked multiple times where I might find this item and kept telling me "nope don't have it" "everything we have here is it", couldn't even look up on the system or anything. Got to Wal-Mart auto center at 7:10 am for an oil change, I was first in line. After approximately a hour I went to check if truck ready. I watched the technician pour 5 quarts of oil in and start my truck, letting it run for 2to3 minutes. He then started looking in a book. I then watched as he added another 10 quarts of oil. I asked the technician what was going on and he said he didn't know how much oil it held, and it wasn't on their computer. I asked for a manager and explained they had possibly damaged my engine, she did not seemed concerned, and threatened to call security for me taking pictures for documentation. At approximately 8:50 I personally checked oil level they hurriedly rang up my bill, no apology given or explained. I paid for this service (?) At 8:56 am. What a joke.!!!! read more

Horrible staff. The lady was always in a bad mood. When I tried having a item price matched to their OWN website, she denied the service. When the manager was called out he took a long time to arrive and then also gave us bad service. He continued to denie the pricematch, even after seeing that the item was at a lower price on walmart's OWN website. He kept coming up with excuses that are not explained on their walmart pricing policy. read more

The worst Walmart I've ever been inside! Store is dirty & unorganized. Prices are so inflated that you can't save any money when you shop there. I called to ask if they had a particular item and it took 5 people and 22 minutes to get any answer other than THEY DIDN'T KNOW. We drove 18 miles to the store to find they didn't carry the item. You would think they would be trained enough to know what merchandise the store carries in their department. I then went into the electronic department for Walmart's smart talk phone plan, and the worker ignored me standing right in front of her for over 5 minutes. We walked away with the 2 items in our cart to go check out. There were 3 lanes open that had over 7 people per line, making just checking out take 29 minutes. That is past ridiculous!
