I've always loved shopping at Dillard's ever since my dad use to take us since we were in our early teens. Love the prices, specials and the customer service. It's understandable that we as customers might not get the service we are looking for, but we have to understand that employees are busy with other customers, their jobs like directing or stocking clothing, especially now that times are stressful since there have been cuts of employees. Besides...it would not hurt us to do a little work of our own (customers), if you'll understand what I am referring to. Super bad customer service. Especially the individuals working the adult shoe section they act like they are the owner of the store. Rude in many ways. Recently I went to return some shoes I have never used and they made this big deal about it for no reason. The lady said she couldn't do the return because it was going to get her fired??? The manger came and did the return in minutes. read more

I have been coming here for many many years and I've never wanted to leave a negative review,But I have to say that this location has such bad customer service here....first of all the personal that stand in the front where the ladies fragrances are at and the watch counters... Specifically this.... today my husband and I walk in and we walked right in front of FIVE ladies and one of them cut us off as we tried to make our way into the store....and not one of them even greeted us at all...like as if we weren't even there.... the ladies in the watch counter are just as bad .my husband was looking at watches stood there for 20 minutes while studying a few watches and nobody even asked if he needed help. I'm sorry but this location needs to do something about the lack of cheerful helpful employees. read more

Sales Associates are friendly. Management is the absolute worst. Customer service was so rude about a return I will never shop there again.
