My first visit I observed no self checkout lines open, ok I'm good with that. Same thing on my second visit. Here is what gets me, both times I had young male cashiers and they seemed as if I was bothering them coming through their line. The first time, he was still with the customer before me, he never made eye contact or addressed them or myself. Second visit, same thing, no eye contact or acknowledgment that I was there. He was discussing lunch plans at McDonald with a coworker. I am in outside sales, customer service is very important, people like to be acknowledged. This Walmart may need to have some additional training on service and social skills.

I went in for a oil change and I arrived before 4:30 pm and they turned me away, because they…read moreclose @ 7 pm. They also let people cut in front of me. It was 4:50 pm when they finally told me they don't do walk-ins because it was too late. They only do appointments after a certain hour. I ended up going to another Walmart and they took me in saying yes they still do walk-ins and that it was still early enough for them to do oil change for me instead of the way I was treated at Walmart on Ruben Torres Blvd.

The shoe department is consistently disorganized, and while the cosmetic section has undergone a pleasing renovation, it lacks regular cleaning. Could measures be implemented to maintain cleanliness or to prevent products from being opened indiscriminately? The service at this location remains quite disappointing; I'm uncertain if it's just the area, but the staff are not very friendly. Therefore, I am choosing curbside pickup from now on. What's the issue with the air conditioning? Why does it always feel like a sauna in this location? Is this a common occurrence for the company? In Texas, we often shop for longer periods when the establishment is cooler.

Salon is subpar and has no new technology, they use fans and the place is dirty. The people will just sit right next to you on the bench touching you with other places they could be.
