On our way in, we saw a red wasp trying to walk in, lol(it looked like he had a hard day). But we were there to see what this location was like, since we had not been in it, and to check out the pricing. Like I said before, I am glad he thought to go in. We really enjoyed the calmness. We did not feel like we were being rushed through, like at some other grocers, we have gone to. The cashier we had at checkout was very nice, she made our experience in checkout very smooth. I remember the old times of when Piggly Wiggly was all over throughout small towns…read more I was made aware that this location was going to be closed permanently as of 7/31/25 so we decided to make a trip to shop at this location and remember how it was back in the day. The store was having 50% of produce and 30% off everything else. This sounded good but after checking other stores like Walmart and Aldi there really wasn't any savings after the closeout prices. It's sad that the store is closing and loosing employees but Piggly Wiggly should really get more competitive on prices if they want to stay in business. The store was really nice and clean and the employees were helpful even though they knew today was their last day of business. I hope they are able to find a job that makes up for the lose. We did have a nice visit overall.

This one is highly organized, the staff are professional and friendly, and I usually get what I need 98% of the time. Yes they do rotate stock too often. I'll get used to something I like and then it disappears; but, that's what they do. They opened up a Dollar General nearby and Walmart still saves me money despite the ten mile trip. If they don't have what I need I'll order it from Amazon or go to Tulsa.
