While the meat and cheese looked delightful as ever, my happy memory was tainted by the man working behind the deli counter who, the entire 20 minutes or so that I was browsing, talked loudly, crassly, and nonstop, using the F word among other swear words. I hope the company can train workers to be aware that when customers are present, they really need to watch how they speak. I am free with cuss words myself, but never in a customer-service role and this guy was over the top. It was as though he was performing the role of asshole. I felt sorry for his coworker. Her day must be long indeed.
