Last but not least, the ribs and brisket were excellent. The brisket was very moist with a nice amount of fat, and the ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender. I personally like my ribs with a little more pull, but overall, everything was very good. If we come back to the area, this will definitely be a must-stop for BBQ!
