They carry the important things the local Walmart doesn't carry. The thing which is most irritating is the front cashiers spend too much time bullshit with each other instead of paying attention to business. I purchased- I forget, something around $30 and they have one of the most primitive Point of Sale systems still in use- I mean we're talking 1985 technology- one step above the old Visa/Mastercard swipe machines. So you've got to sign a receipt for your purchase- they keep the signature. Well they weren't paying attention and I walked out with their copy. They called me back- I said "No thanks I've got my receipt"- it wasn't until I got home I read "MERCHANT COPY" on the bottom. So I mailed it back to them to help their books with a note if the ladies would keep their yaps shut and pay attention to business this wouldn't have happened. OK- so you know the bad. Now it's time for the good. They've got quite the cross selection of electic goods that will cover 90% of most contractors and home owners needs. They've just opened an expansion for windows and doors- and it's a great selection. So considering overall, I'd say they're "reliable".

Their Customer…read moreService is Terrible, let's start with Curbside Pickup so you do an order in the HD App and select curbside pickup well don't waste your time because you're going inside to get it, that is unless it's something that has to be loaded! And well if that's the case be prepared to lose about 2 hours out of your day and to be ignored.....to contrast this, The Blue company curbside pull up checkin on the app and within 3 minutes someone is at your door bringing your stuff out and their app acknowledges you're there! Now HD no such thing, you checkin and get a message that says call the store so you spend 15 minutes on hold get someone that sounds like they just ran from the back of the store that answers and tells you they are really busy and it's gonna be a while before they can bring it out! And they are not lying plan on calling back 5 more times, oh and don't think you can go inside and get it.....Because even though you were told it was ready? It's not they haven't pulled the order yet and don't think you can go pull it yourself that's and entirely different argument I had to deal with! Now the latest I was at self check and was having a problem entering my infor to get my Veteran Discount and Gumby the epitome of not my job told me he couldn't help if I couldn't remember what my number there was nothing he could do which is inaccurate and I confronted him on that and he said if he helped he would lose his job! And that's the point I lost my shit!
