We walked into the store and immediately felt that we were old friends with the owner and her crew. Jami is so friendly, and is so excited about her store and all of it's goodies. Along with Kitchen/Cooking items, there's a bakery, a gourmet foods area, a refrigerator/freezer with take and bake foods, and home décor. We are not from Ft. Smith, so we took a card and plan to shop online for gifts when we need them.

The lady told my husband we would have to drive to McAlester and give them our measurements. No other information was provided. So I drove to McAlester and gave our measurements. Her first words were, we require full payment up front and then we will come measure. She asked what I was interested in and I said a wood-type countertop. She handed my measurements back to me and said "We only do granite, quartz, blah blah". I said, "I visited your website and saw wood so I thought you also did that type work." She then said, "I told *** (my husband) that we only did granite, etc." I then said, "he had you on speaker phone and you never said that. I wouldn't have wasted my time driving here had you said that." And then she puts the full blame on my husband for not asking the question, although the website shows wood. Who does that??? I told her the website wasn't clear and I didn't realize the pictures of wood were for flooring until she told me. Who has a shoddy website without details??? She didn't try to show me what was available or even attempt to make a sale. Hey, I'm easy, open to options, and have the money but she didn't even try. She certainly missed a great opportunity. She was the most condescending woman in a business I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. We got with Tulsa Granite located in Wilburton and have decided to do quartz. They are most appreciative of our business and have treated us with utmost respect, unlike Trinity. So, you may want to make a drive to Wilburton to do business with folks that truly want your business. They guaranteed they could beat Trinity's prices by a lot anyday so it is definitely worth a drive to Wilburton. No one paying good money for a product and service should settle for substandard disrespectful treatment at Trinity. So beware.
