WARNING TO ALL! Do not choose this company for plumbing, call someone else!!! . I had an absolutely…read moreterrible experience. I called for an estimate on plumbing work, very ordinary . I had a nice gentleman come out, view all the work and took extensive photos of the fixtures to make sure everything needed was there to do the job. It was, and he said expect your quote to be sent to your email- okay, still all good. I call the next day, ask if the quote was ready, the woman who answered the phone said it was and sent it over. Everything was still great. I got it, read it, it listed all the work for 2700.00. I agreed and signed digitally to accept the bid. Then I called and scheduled the work- they were to come the next day at 8:00am, so far, so good- everything is going well, people are friendly. Then.... it all becomes like a bait and switch- The woman who scheduled the work for the next day calls me back to say I need to speak to the manager, the price is not right. And I responded , Okay, I'm good if it's cheaper but I SIGNED A CONTRACT for your estimate and scheduled- she just said she would have the manager call me. And then he did, almost THREE TIMES the accepted quote, and he was very "Sorry", but the estimate, signed contract, and scheduled installation was really not priced right. It went from 2700 to almost 8K- I feel like this was predatory business practices. They made everything sound great, made ME sign a contract to accept the quote, scheduled the work and then raised the price that much for the same job, same work, and say "Sorry". And when I asked why did they not honor the contract, the manager told me, they don't have to- in small print it says they can change anything at anytime if they want. They lured me in with a low price only to raise it exponentially, and "Sorry" doesn't make it right . If they were an honest business, and truly made an "in house" mistake- the company eats it and honors their word because it's what they offered at a given price. This is shady, bottom line. Clearly I will never do business with a company like this who has predatory pricing practices like this for me, their consumer. And the manager telling me he is sorry was just infuriating- he wasn't sorry at all. This felt planned to me , not good at all. I hope potential customers looking for a plumber in the Ft. Smith area look elsewhere so you don't have to waste your time, or worse fall for these pricing tactics.

When I complained about the excessive heat and smells it produced, he "vented" it using the previous standing tank's exhaust. After nearly a week, we were still having problems so we started looking into it, only to discover he had installed an OUTDOOR unit! I turned to Yelp and found Josh Mintz plumbing, who I called first thing the next morning. Thankfully, he had an opening to come take a look a few hours later. Upon arrival, he IMMEDIATELY realized the danger we were in, and made arrangements to remove the improper unit right then. He and his crew replaced it with a wonderful, quiet, smell-free tankless water heater that same day! I am SO thankful for Josh & his crew--there's no telling what could have happened if the prior one was left in place (carbon monoxide, explosion, fire, etc). Nice job by the Plumbers but Poor customer service on the phone with the "supervisor"…read more I called for a brand kitchen faucet installment and brand new toilet bidet as my handyman was not available. He did the same jobs before on the kitchen and the toilet bidet and took him no more than one hour to install both. The man from the company finished the kitchen sink faucet after about 1 1/4 hour and took a way longer than we expected with the bidet toilet due to " leaking T-Piece that he has been back and forth to his truck to fix the issue." After three hours of work, I was asked to pay $ 290.36 although I was quoted that the first hour to be $75 and the following hours are $65 with 30 minutes increment! I have talked to Anna who claimed herself to be "the supervisor" and I explained to her the situation and inform her my willingness to pay for 1 1/5 hour job as it is reasonable time to spend for both item. She was adamant that I have to pay the requester ($290.36) amount and after reasoning with her, she finally cut the price to $ 189.76 ( still not sure about how the calculation for 3 hours time occurred! I asked about my options and she was very rude by saying: "You either pay the amount or go to court and pay the first requested amount".
