Service team came out in response to plumbing issues, spent around 45 minutes snaking around drain…read more(never scoped it); [ostensibly] during this process they partially dislodged a line clog and certified the problem fixed. But come to find out, the problem was not even partially fixed. The plumber who came out this week and actually did the work for $300 indicated that the only meaningful work that was done by SSP&S was when they accepted a couple hundred dollars, for fixing nothing, after providing zero support. I recommend basically any other plumber or septic tank servicer,... unless you are just needing to throw a few hundred bucks away, ... Just burning cash? Call these dudes, they'll mill around your yard for a while then take your money with a straight face and a light heart. Blows my mind, I have higher standards for the quality of free or charity work I do.
