I'm not sure there's anything that this store doesn't have; doesn't do. . . Just down the street from the weekly Farmer's Market, it was a wonderful surprise to find it on our way back to our hotel. We walked into the store and immediately felt that we were old friends with the owner and her crew. Jami is so friendly, and is so excited about her store and all of it's goodies. Along with Kitchen/Cooking items, there's a bakery, a gourmet foods area, a refrigerator/freezer with take and bake foods, and home décor. We are not from Ft. Smith, so we took a card and plan to shop online for gifts when we need them. read more

I wish it were possible I rate someone 0 stars... My husband ordered a cake for our church's 1 year anniversary. He genuinely excited about using this company since he has hear such good things about their cakes. The cakes weren't what was ordered and when he tried to explain that to the employee he was interrupted and belittled in front of everyone. He then was told he could speak to the owner on the phone. Once on the phone with the owner he again was insulted, belittled, and harassed on the phone by the owner herself. Why?? All bc they made the cakes incorrectly. My husband is a kind and loving man who left that store shaking and in tears. They went out of their way to hurt him. I'm absolutely disgusted by the behavior of everyone in this business. I hope this review helps people think twice before they ever use this business. read more

Not sure how this place has any bad reviews at all. I've ordered cakes from here numerous times and each one came out much better than I expected. You get what you pay for! Their cakes are amazing! Whenever I'm back in town I always stop in to grab a small treat! Do yourself a favour and order a cake or just drop by and get something small to go! Yum! read more

There are some great goodies here! I personally really love the brownies and macaroons. It is a bit pricey. But the establishment is cute and I love that there is a store and also a part that serves desserts and other snacks. read more

We come here once a month for sweet treats and only get our birthday cakes here. The cupcakes are fresh and are very inventive flavors. The cakes are wonderful as well. They always have a variety of samples for customers to try and do not care if you pig out on them. I have never had bad customer service here so I can't relate to the people who say the staff is rude. This is by far the best bakery in Fort Smith. read more

I purchased main dishes to take to work, and when I got to work and uncovered the pans, the lasagna was scorched around the edges and burned to the bottom of the pan, the chicken spaghetti was dry and pasty, and the chicken enchiladas, which were supposed to be moist in a creamy sauce, were dry and sticky with a hard crusty spot where they were stuck to the pan. Not only was the food bad, but the customer service was too. I called and explained, and after a long wait for a promised phone call and me having to finally call them back, the explanation was that my food was probably just cooked too long...duh. She offered a 30% off my next order. No thanks. Her response...other restaurants would only give you 10%, and "you ate it, didn't you?" Yes, we did, but only because we had limited time for lunch. A simple "I'm sorry that happened" would have been nice, but she didn't even convey any sort of apology, which would have gone a long way. The conversation that followed left me with the impression that if you don't like it, go somewhere else. And I will. Last time I ordered from them, I ordered a hot dish to pick up at lunch and take to work for a potluck, and instead of being hot it was icebox-cold. I should have stayed away. read more

The food is horrible quality and quantity for the price you pay. The preparation is not creative at all. They shouldn't be allowed to cater. The menu descriptions completely misrepresent the actual food you get. The "veggie pizza" was actually an oval-shaped piece of soggy, untoasted bread smothered in room-temperature ranch cream and topped with raw broccoli. This can hardly be called bruschetta, much less pizza. The "marinated meatballs" were from Sam's Club and smothered in feetball Walmart sauce. The "puff pastry sausage bites" were pigs-in-a-blanket. Call them what they are. The "sweet & spicy chicken bites" were certainly spicy, basically covered in pepper flakes. They were dry, tough, and may have actually been sweet & spicy rat bites on a toothpick, which is probably why so many pepper flakes were used. The pita chips and party crackers were stale and old. Overall the best part of this catering was the spinach dip, hummus, and fruit trays that we brought ourselves. You would be better off going to Sam's Club and eating from the old lady sampling kiosks. At least there the food is fresh-ish and well-prepared. read more

Catering expensive and underwhelming for the price. Was charged a local delivery fee of $10, $9 for each gallon of tea ordered, and about $14 for paper plates and plastic ware for 8 people. Total came to just under $20 a head for a lunch. On a previous order, caterer added cupcakes not ordered and charged me for them. Called to complain about excessive price thinking a mistake had been made, but caterer stands by the way this order was handled. Food is good quality. This review is regarding price and lack of good customer service. read more

Well, this place deserves more yelp reviews. I had read the positive ones and had missed out on the bad reviews and that was a blessing!!! If I had put my faith in the awful reviews, I might have found a different place to design a gift platter of delicious sweets. I walked in clueless and needing some assistance. This very sweet lady at the front was inviting and welcoming. It's like walking into my grandma's house, but grandma aged really well. I needed tasty treats for a group of customers I was about to meet for the first time. So I ask, "what can you do for me??" And another woman from the back walks out, she is the owner and they get to talking and she is in the middle of baking or something that has her busy in the back. Stops everything she is doing and customized an assortment of goodies for my customer. The display was beautiful, the assortment was just right and the price I paid was worth every penny. Very polite, helpful and the treats looked so good I bought a dozen cookies for my family for when I got home. The client was impressed with the layout and astonishingly enough a few of the people commented on the quality of the treats and then they saw where I picked them up from and these people stop by all the time. They love this place. It was dumb luck that I ran across this place, but they made my first impression with our clients an impressive one. From one quality company, to the next with an impressive gift from a local small business won a lot of respect that day. The best part was walking in the door about supper time and seeing the smile on her face when I pulled out the cookies. It felt even better when she sunk her teeth into one of the snickerdoodles and she asked if Grandma sent them home with me. It's not Grandma's cookies... but it's so close, it's worth a trip back!!! Thank you for your help and thank you for putting a smile on my kids face. This is a special place. Don't miss out because of someone had a horrendous idea for a church cake. The customer service is lacking. I tried to order a cake in person, over the phone and via e-mail. Owner rushed me out of the store when trying to order in person, owner told me to call back at a time convenient for her when trying to order over the phone, and owner told me she couldn't fill my order via e-mail. Food is good - customer service needs major overhaul. Owner gave the impression that they don't really need business. I wouldn't order a cake from here. Major time waster. read more
