Opener doesn't work. 2. Botttom of door doesn't meet garage floor--WE asked the surly nasty installer about it that day and he LIED and said it would be fine. Rain coming in is NOT FINE. 3. No handle on outside of door to lift door if necessary. 4. No button to operate the garage door from inside the garage--they wanted us to buy a remote instead of a hard wired button.
