We used them to install new carpet in our living room and hallway. The Carpet started coming loose from the seams and in places along the tack strips. After just a month. We contacted them multiple times including going back in person and they said they would have someone come out to fix it, but no one ever showed up. Best place to go for all your remodeling needs! OK, maybe not ALL but this family operated business consists of many talented folks. Although, they specialize in flooring, they also did work for us installing granite tiles in our master bath. We have worked with them on numerous occasions and will not work with any others. They are friendly, do stellar work and their prices can't be beat. They have installed our carpet, porcelain tile that resembles real wood and redid our shower surround with granite. We have used Carpet Cabin in the past but never again. We had laminate put throughout most of our house. We had issues from the beginning with the floor coming up in places and the floor buckleing up in places. They sent someone out thinking we had water under the house. We did not. Nothing was resolved. We have called multiple times and nothing is ever done. We are going to have to pay someone to correct their mistakes. read more
