We have at least 2 hollow tiles where the grout is coming up already. The job took 2 weeks which seems like a long time to me. The plumber that they sent out seemed to be on something. We had to hire another plumber to fix a leak they he caused. The tile job itself is sloppy. There are too many small issues to mention.The whole job looks like a DIY project. That is why we hired someone to do it and didn't do it ourselves, to keep it from looking like a 5 year old did it. Even at the beginning they tried to over charge us for the material. Then when we complained they took some money off some areas of the bill but added to other areas. My husband had to go get that worked out. They were short on material and had to use our extra tile that we had from another job. At this point it would take tearing everything out and starting over to fix everything that is wrong.

When demoing our previous floor, the crew put holes in our walls, caved in floor vents, destroyed a brand new paint job on cabinets, never covered anything in plastic nor did they use a hepa vacuum of any sort. The dust was so bad in our home that the crew suggested we "go stay in a hotel" until they were finished. During this process the owner came out and agreed that the dust was not normal demolition and he would be willing to fix everything. This is where things get interesting and have been for 4 long months. The owner sent "fixers" out that never fixed anything then tried to say we would not allow them to which was a lie nor would the owner respond in a timely manner to our emails. We ended up hiring and paying for people to fix everything ourselves after 3 months. I just paid the balance on my discounted bill that was sent to me within this week along with the threat they would turn this over to a lawyer if I didn't pay by the 18th. Takes great nerve to threaten court to someone you have not made whole due to your mistakes. Lesson learned and will NEVER use this company again.
