Came back 40 minutes later and said the parts we had would not fit, left again to go to Lowes, came back and had a part to put the old faucet back on. Charged us for 3 hours when he was only here for maybe 50 minutes. Then to top it off, the faucet is so TIGHT, I would need a pair of pliers to turn it. My husband finally tried turning it on and NO Water comes out. It is broken. This is ridiculous. DO NOT RECOMMEND
