When they tried to deliver it, my friends job place would not accept it since she was absent, so Unique Flowers had to do the extra leg work to notify my friend, and got it to her. Most shops in the area were closed for some reason, and grocery stores don't seem to carry flowers like I'm used to, but I called and they said they could meet me at their shop in 15 minutes. At this point I was running late, but they were calm, had a fresh collection of beautiful flowers, and with no fuss, helped arrange a beautiful arrangement. I'm happy to report they put smiles on everyone's faces, and they happened to be this persons favorites. The aroma alone was incredible and speaks to the quality we received in the arrangement. I'm also very very late in writing this review (over two months - grief can be odd), but I wanted to make sure I did. The flowers were beautiful, and the service was incredible and kind. Thank you.

For $125 they sent a doz roses, fully wide opened like they'd been delivered a week ago. They were HORRIBLE! They said they would send me a picture, but they didn't because they KNEW they were bad flowers. I'm in TX & they thought I'd never know. My sister sent me a picture & I was ashamed they had our name on them! I called them on Saturday, left a message. Sent texts with pics. NO RESPONSE. If I could give ZERO STARS I would!! They should replace what they sent with FRESH flowers. I've included pictures, below, of what they sent along with a picture of what a FRESH arrangement looks like. This is what I always send to funerals. I've never been more disappointed by a florist!

When you live in the "concrete jungle" you must make it a living, breathing space whenever possible. However, my dearest friend lives in NWA and often I want to buoy her spirits with flowers. Lately I have been terribly disappointed with the more typical floral arrangements that are available. And I detest the cheap glass containers that are produced by the millions and look so very blah. This time, rather than defaulting to another FTD florist, I went to Yelp and truly studied the comments made about each florist. I also looked at the photos that were available. It became instantly apparent that Flora and Pam Pemberton were very different in their approach and in the outcome for their clients. The picture of the flowers for Bailey was exactly what I had in mind - simple and yet gorgeous in that simplicity. I called Pam and her warmth radiated across the phone to me. We had a wonderful conversation about all things BUT flowers before we even started on the order! I had made a friend. She seemed to understand perfectly that I just did not want another cookie-cutter arrangement. When I hung up I felt as if I was in professional hands and that my order would be filled quickly and artistically. (Oh, did I forget to tell you that I called at the last minute? Yes, I called at 1:00 PM to see if I could still get a delivery that day! It did not phase her a bit) When my flowers arrived there were tears of joy and an appreciation for their artistic difference. The entire office was stunned by how very different and how beautiful they were. Pam even later sent a paragraph that helped us all know more about the artist who threw the pot that held the flowers. It turned out that the artist was an amazing woman in her own right and if Pam had not shared we would not have known. Thank you, Pam, for all that you did. You are now "My florist" in NWA.
