As most others I have a love hate relationship with Walmart. Driving thru and needed wiper blades and to pee, they have it all. There was some kind of situation at the Pokémon cards during the restock but that's to be expected. The place wasn't clean, only one toilet was clogged, able to find and buy wipers without incident. I took the time to drive to your store to do some grocery shopping for my family, only to walk out with nothing after the cashier canceled my transaction. I was charged $240, and now I have to wait 2-3 business days, hopefully, to get my money back. To make matters worse, before cashing me out, the cashier was speaking negatively about other customers, which really says a lot about the level of customer service. Overall, this was a terrible experience. I wasted my time, left without my groceries, and now have to wait for my money to be returned. Very disappointing customer service and an experience I would not want to repeat. Only way to solve issues is not to return and choose other stores. read more

I try not to shop at this chain: It underpays their employees (a full-time worker still qualifies for food stamps), and it's killing small American downtowns. As I posted in my photos, there's a euphemism of a, "Mother's Room". This is code for a, "nursing room". In New York State, any place a woman has a right to be, she has a right to be nursing. Had new tires put on my car Sept 13th, took the vehicle out of town Nov 28th to find out that I needed two new tires on the back and an alignment to make it home safety. Never once did the mechanic mention I needed a wheel alignment or that something was wrong with the tires that were taken off. $500 tires cost me $950 to make it home. They blamed it on a pothole, not even 3,000 miles on these tires and the wire was showing. WALMART do better at who you hire to work on vehicles, I could have blown two tires at once traveling. I will pay extra next time to have them done professionally. read more

Hah. How are you so convenient, Walmart? Selling those fishing licenses and that seductively cheap coal? We found this one on the road driving up to Allegany State Park for our Memorial Day camping trip and purchased fishing licenses, some coal for grilling and a few last-minute snacks. It's a large super star and is clean, organized...although the fishing licenses took almost 25 minutes to get because the sports section wasn't staffed properly. Not the worst Wal-Mart I've stepped in. It's never my ideal to shop here, but sometimes it's just convenient...and admit it: you probably do it too. read more

Made an auto repair appointment last week and my wife received a call just before the appointment saying the tires we reserved are no longer in stock and that we'd would now have to buy all four instead of the 2 we only need. Basically the auto care manager tried to scam my wife into buying 2 extra tires that are not needed. He claimed it's store policy. I know that statement is a bunch of bullshit because we purchased tires there all the time and this is a first claim of this lying non-sense. The automotive service has been on the decline for a while now and since the manager wasted a week of our time we will not be returning to get our vehicles serviced there. EVER AGAIN. read more

One of the not so good Walmarts! You'd think being the top of the heap chains and having every store about the same - consistency would be there, but it was not. Staff were not any where near as helpful as those at the Fredonia/Dunkirk NY Walmart and the place seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in maybe weeks! read more

This has got to be the worst walmart ever. The management should all be fired. Filthy restrooms. Empty shelves every where. No checkout lines open. Even scan and goes had a few closed. Staff unfriendly and didn't seem to care about anything. read more

Today I shopped at the Springville NY WalMart. So many people were without masks. I asked this person whom I suspected was some sort of "guard", (although he was just sitting on a stool paying no attention to the activity at hand) "didn't the governor say it was the law t hat we all wear a mask,yet many pass by you without one?".This alleged guard responds that he's not allowed to say anything to the customers. I pressed on suggesting that he might encourage that the offenders wear a mask out of kindness to those of us who happen to care about their health. He responded with the same "I'm not allowed to say any thing to the customers". ( Nice work if you can get it.) Meanwhile Covid 19 gets spread all over the store. Everyone in Tops and Aldi near by has a mask on. Those stores don't even have a token enforcer at the door. In the city you aren't let in the stores without a mask. It's the law! Wal-Matt officials can stand with Trump on TV and look important, but in all actuality all they care about is grabbing that good old dollar. Actions speak louder than words. read more

Very polite and quick but when purchasing a standard oil change I was told vacuuming of the car was included. When leaving I noticed the car was not vacuumed and I was told their vacuums are not "very good." Just to note the car was for the most part clean just some grass and dirt on the floor matts. We were the only car being serviced at that time and everyone working was just standing around outside. Not sure what kind of effort was made, but it just makes me think what else wasn't completed properly. Going somewhere else next time. read more

Over all pretty good and nice workers. As usual, Walmart holds it all! We looked for cheap gloves and were presently surprised when finding a nice warm pair for cheap. Not the greatest Walmart ever but still was nice. read more
