This is totally unacceptable and is borderline fraud.

Went to the Minnesota location and they said they don't carry it and my only choice was to go to Louise. No consideration for time despite being a paying customer. Unfortunate.

I was just here on May 24, 2026 looking for Aji and Mackerel. The boy at the counter was very rude and un-enthusiastic. He was stuffing his face when I walked into the store, so I wonder if that was what pissed him off. Told me in the deepest un-natural baritone(you know those baritones you use when you are irritated) that he had no idea what Aji was. He then reluctantly showed me where the Mackerel was after I insisted. I did not buy anything because the fish did not look fresh at all. The shop was also drab and dirty. I will not be coming back. Not my type of store, not my type of service, gladly not my part of town!. Shocked that it has a 4.5 review. My guess is I'm not in the ethnic clientele they are looking for. So no love lost.
