Let me establish right off, I am not a Walmart fan. But, sometimes that's all you got. This store was one of the cleanest and most organized one I have ever seen. The automotive restored my faith that Walmart can actually fix a tire. I had no other choice because they were the only game in town. The manager was very jovial when I told Him with no filter I am not happy I have to be here but you're all I got. very quick very professional with someone whom they would have had good reason to not be professional too. This Walmart gets no stars as I called before I came down to see if they could replace the tires on my boat. I was told yes when I got there the tire man told me he could not do it that I had to unload the boat . they said they did not have a jack to pick it up. I told him that if they would let me borrow the jack I would jack up the boat so they could pull the tires off of it. They refused to pull the tires off I had to off. I'm 70 years old after talking to the main manager they went ahead and replaced the other one themselves, I will not ever. Buy any tires at this Walmart. read more

Several problems with this walmart location. Pricing listed on shelf is often less than item rings up. EXAMPLE, today great value bacon 24 oz. ,sticker on shelf said $6.24 yet rang up $6.94. Since there are rarely open checkouts one must self check...today the self checkout has 2 employees watching..,and it is such a hassle to price check I just paid the extra. To make it worse they wanted to check my receipt like I was the theif !! Walmart is the ripoff culprit here. This location consistently overcharges and treats everyone like thieves. I'm doing their job paying more than posted price and being treated with disrespect. Consider changing your policy Walmart. Generally I will drive to Glenpool where they actually treat you respectfully and pricing is correct. Today was a reminder of why I make the extra 10 mile trek. read more

The people running the store act as if they are in authority over your lives, they're almost like drill sergeants instead of saying oh ma'am, I'm so sorry the service desk closes at 10 o'clock. I apologize about that will be open back up at seven, what do you get....Service desk closes at 10, we open at 7am with a straight stern face and I mean they're ruthless. They are just so rude!! I can't say enough negatively about them, I am sure there are some that work there that try to be the best employees that they can, but there are still so many many that are rude to the customers that I have decided I don't care I will drive to Glenpool 10 miles out of my way to go to Walmart where the people that I found are very friendly, are very nice and if you do have a problem, they do try to work it out for you, sapulpa Walmart in my opinion should be closed down and maybe, Target should be put in there with a whole new staff!!!! read more

Why am I posting a review on Walmart? Everybody hates it but they shop anyway. But to the point.... this particular Walmart store is below par from others. All too often, you'll find empty shelves so you wonder if they are closing this particular store. Whatever happened to the famous "just in time" business model?? What I hate most though is when you approach an employee as you walk the aisles, the majority of them will shift their eyes to the floor as you pass.... I guess they want to avoid being friendly? I hate poor customer service but I hate downright unfriendly customer service even more. Positive notes on this store? The location and business hours are convenient for me. Sapulpa Super Walmart hands down one of the nicer looking supers centers. I live in Owasso, OK. This is the first time me and my 12 year daughter had been to the Sapulpa location. Walking in I noticed the store had to be "new" or recently remodeled. I stopped an employee and asked. The young lady said recently remodeled. We stopped in Walmart because my iPhone was on low battery and I needed a charger. Once we arrived at the electronics department we were greeted. I asked for help. The young man even pointed out a reasonably priced charger completely cheaper than I would pay at my cell carrier. I attempted to purchase a charger at the Super Walmart in Owasso however the rep Stephen was unknowledgeable. And made no attempt to find out the information. Because I'm kind hearted I called Walmart corporate to let them know. read more

I needed to load money onto a money card from Walmart at customer service, at this location. There were employees standing around doing absolutely nothin. There were employees chatting with the 1 customer service employee while 1 customer and I waited for customer service assistance. 13 minutes later I was still standing at the front of customer service with no help or prospects for help anytime soon. had to leave because I had places to be. They blame the rising prices on inflation, but the interest rates are starting to chill that excuse. Those lazy, no customer service having, people on their payroll, are doing less, and demanding higher wages. Lots of rhetoric about the liberals not wanting to work... well I seen a whole bunch of Trump loving, conservative Walmart employees that not only don't want to work, but without one sign of remorse for being a turd, shown. I had an order that I needed to pick up from Walmart. While at first I was upset because when the item I purchased was said to be available for in store pickup they told me it was out and brought me something completely different than what I purchased. So I called 1800 Walmart to talk about my order before it got cancelled. And they said the same thing that the store was out of stock and cancelled my order. When we went back to electronics I found my exact item I ordered on the shelf. Which was upsetting since I bought it $150 cheaper than what it was selling for. After talking to June at customer service she went and found a csm for me who talked to the assistant for tonight. They let me go ahead and re purchase my item for the price I paid. I want to thank James (assistant manager)and Miji (csm) for helping get my item for the same price I bought it for originally because of the mistake at first. I really appreciate it! read more

It's Walmart. It's clean and well kept, however they have rude associates and never utilize even half of their cash registers.

I recently tried to purchase a hard drive from them online, and my money was taken and the item wasn't shipped to me nor did they have any records of my purchase so im out over 60 dollars with nothing to show for it. read more
