Religiously, when we get to window, we are told some prescriptons are ready,some are not! We are told to go to back of line! Why were we told they were ready? Obviously,Manager (or maybe Pharmasist ) are happy with the rude employees at window (same at the counter). NOW we have learned they close the pharmacy for lunch hour! Remember we are from out of town, which by time we get to Sapulpa, is around lunch hr. Yep! We believe employees deserve lunch hr! So, NOW we must twittle our thumbs till they get back (in extreme heat) ! (Now we set at window through lunch ( now we are hangry!) to find out we must go to back of line! When we finally return BACK to the window, THREE employees are standing IDLE at the window! Could they not stagger lunch for one employee, at left lane (like most caring businesses), closing counter,putting a cone at right pick up lane (maybe a large sign in right lane 'Right lane reopens after lunch'(nearer to parking lot). For Goodness sakes this a Pharmacy...... not a a flower shop, people are depending on their prescriptons.....Yes Walgreens keep prices lower, YET, come on, step up to the plate , give fair dependable cust. service! Staff said they didn't have the prescription in their system (even though I had confirmation it was sent to Walgreens) to fill and they wouldn't accept my copy of the prescription either. Didn't get any call and had to be there on Friday so I went in to check, I was told it wasn't there and she didn't know when it would be. Was not in the least bit concerned about helping me. She was rude and didn't even finish our conversation she just acted like I wasn't there. So I waited until Monday and called, it would only let me leave a voicemail so I did and got no call. I called again on Tuesday, left the voicemail and was called a bit later. I explained it all to her and she said it went through insurance and I said I told the first person I spoke to the first day that I was paying cash that I didn't want it to go through insurance. After a long hold another person says it was had been there and told me the price. She asked if I wanted it and I said yes that was what I originally said in the first place. I'm not sure why I had to go through all of that to get a prescription, especially if I'm just paying cash. Should have been an easy transaction but they made it extremely difficult and unpleasant. I would not recommend this pharmacy, makes me appreciate my Walgreens pharmacy in sapulpa. Never again!!!

I tried to fill my sleeping medication 1 day early because I need to leave town for a week, and they denied it and said they aren't willing to fill it a day early because "too early is too early". Furthermore, they made me feel like I was asking for something I shouldn't have been in there short answers, and poor replies. In the past, they have deterred my doctor from prescribing me other medication's which I thought was weird that a pharmacy has that much reach but OK, it is what it is. On top of this, they also tried to get me to pay for 10 one 1ML doses instead of one 10ml dose, because they claim the drug will expire on the ninth week, which is absolutely not correct. They apparently just want the extra money it cost to buy the individual packaging. Finally, I have never felt like they are by any means warm or inviting. I feel this mostly from the head pharmacist. Everyone else seems to be just fine but the head female pharmacist that looks like she has recently started going grey (by no means am I defining her by this, rather it's a physical description that I can describe her by), is where I often have the majority of my issues. I completely understand that her license is at stake, but customer service never seems to be in her top priorities. I'm going to switch to Walgreens. The only reason I didn't in the past is because GoodRx didn't always cover everything at Walgreens, but it looks like that has since changed. Hoping that I can find good customer service there in hopes that not all pharmacist are this way. I have to use a compounding pharmacy called Carefirst for one of my other prescriptions and they have phenomenal customer service. Maybe I'm comparing apples and oranges, but they have set the bar high and Walmart has not come even close to even seeing the bar. We rarely need or buy drugs. They do have retail items; clothes, jewelry, cards, rustic decor, etc. I took the kids in to buy a few Christmas presents. We would rather shop local than give to the evil mega chains and these are the types of good, small town people you'd want to trade with. Though their cards are mostly religious themed, my wife thought it was thoughtful I got her a card there since I refuse to enter China-mart down the street.
