The outlets were also still decorated for Christmas, which made it feel festive and welcoming even after the holidays. There's a good mix and variety of stores, making it a fun place to browse. Some of my personal favorites here are Old Navy, Nike, Vera Bradley, and Columbia. Like any outlet, though, it's worth looking for the true deals -- just because it says "outlet" doesn't always mean everything is deeply discounted. Since it's outdoor, definitely dress for the weather if you're visiting in the winter months. There's no real food inside the mall, but that wasn't an issue with lots of dining options nearby. It's also right off I-90, with easy freeway access and parking, which makes it a convenient stop. Overall, a solid outlet experience with a nice atmosphere and good store variety -- just plan ahead and shop smart!

We arrived right at opening on a Saturday and was surprised how many people were there. The anchor stores seem to be pretty typical for an outlet mall, Columbia / Nike...I was surprised to see one of the anchors being a TJMax but I wasn't mad about it. We purchased items at UA, Eddie Bauer, and TJMax. I was surprised to seem some of the stores like Coach being as small as it was- normally the Coach outlet is huge, this was giving regular store vibes. Prices were okay, no amazing deals were found but it was a good way to spend an hour or two before we went to lunch.

We went in person and they said it wasn't until January 30th it would go on sale. So we called on the 1st of February 2026 and they said no that it's a Kay's signature cross so you won't get the sale price. The MANAGER Sheri Ayres and her male young coworker both were there both times and both said she would get the sale price. They will do anything to get you to purchase something. To my surprise this mall was super dead for that time and day. It's like nobody lives in this town. Any who, the less people, the faster the shopping experience is. This small shopping center hosts standard mall-stores (A&E, B&BW, The Children's Place, Finish Line, Game Stop, GNC, KJ, Payless, Spencer's, VS, Zales., amongst others). Mall patrons are nice, and their stores are clean and well stocked. Great place for a good walk, and for a quick in-and-out shop.

Better quality materials better better things you know and here's the thing here's why you really shopped there the service it's all about the service. I was helped by a woman. Her name is Linda. She was covering from the women's department also the babies department or kids and she approached me and she greeted me with warmth and care and she offered me help if I needed it I've made conversation with her. She ended up understanding who I was shopping for what I was shopping for and why I was shopping. I cannot tell you the level of difference in service between Von Maur, and Macy's . Linda was the reason I bought she gave me an experience! And at the end of the day, isn't that really part of what we're doing when we shop it's part of the experience and I will go back there to buy more from that department you know maybe I won't be the biggest shopper the store has ever seen, but I will shop there and I will spend my money there for things that I see value in and that's exciting because you don't see that anymore. Additionally, I did also get my package gift wrapped and the ladies and the gift wrap department were super sweet. The one girl's name was Alexandria and she was just lovely. I also briefly met. I believe a manager it was a younger woman and she was lovely and she really the thing I liked about her was I was talking to Linda. She she smiled and she piped up a little bit, but she really let Linda shine. She was not there to overshadow her and and that is so important that's what leadership looks like in a retail space so congratulations to Von Maur as they have the service thing down, I only concern is things are a little pricey there and you know how can that be sustained in our current economy? You are doing a massive disservice to your stores by keeping the entryway by the bustling Ocean Sushi in such a state of filth that one needs to apply a double layer of protective gloves just to open the door. At night, the grime caked in the cracks, crevices and corners of the entrance evoke that scene in every horror film of the naive woman in some squalid, abandoned building she shouldn't be in...about to walk through a door through which she shouldn't walk. While I don't expect to ever encounter a masked madman lurking behind the unlocked door, I imagine that the suspiciously locked adjacent doors can only be portals to Narnia, or lead to a "Let's Make a Deal" zonk prize of a goat, designer shoes carved from butter, or a 15-ft tall tricycle. Luckily the mall interior is much cleaner than the entryway. There just isn't a lot of excitement to be found inside, unless you are a kid frolicking in 8,000 square feet of entertainment space inside "The Playground." I look forward to updating my review and adding a star if the entrance ever gets a scrub down. Until then, I will not be deterred, continuing to push forth though that dirt-encrusted door. They do not normally have them pre-made but that means they are made up fresh. The people working here are always friendly as is typically the case with small towns. They have a good variety of fresh produce and plenty of selection of other grocery items and household goods. Their staff is always doing their best to help you find whatever you are looking for, as long as they carry it. They are conveniently located close to downtown Boscobel. Having been in operation for many years now, Piggly Wiggly is definitely a great addition to the town, but I'm not saying anything that locals don't already know!
