This Walmart is very officiant and customer service is amazing. I would love to shop here again !!

The store was clean, well-stocked, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Checkout was quick, making for an easy shopping trip.

Its super busy in this area. It can take a while to park if you don't get lucky enough to find someone pulling out. I did, thank goodness. I was looking for a masquerade mask, and couldn't really find one, but they did have all the Halloween things up front and on sale. I didn't really go too far into the store this time, but everything was pretty easy to find. One store associate did help. read more

We were always amazed how friendly and helpful the staff is. My wife has not been able to come for 4 years and some of the long term staff members are still inquiring about her. I noticed that the staff in the dairy department has learned to properly rotate the stock so that the older milk containers are not offered side by side with the newer ones. I like shopping in this store, not only because of the prices, but also because of the shopping experience. read more

A huge fat "0" star rating. This Walmart location is the worst one of the Franchise. The location is the worst and horrible!!. The staff were very disrespectful and uninformed. Due to the busyness of the parking Lot, I had parked in the Online curb pickup spots and was only in the store a few minutes when I came back to my car, my car was GONE!!!!!! and then when I asked the entrance staff, if they tow from the curb-online pick spots because there is nothing listing a Tow company on the sign he said NO they don't. Minutes later he said he saw a tow truck pickup a white car from the online curbspot. I went into ask the manager for info on the towing company to locate my car but did not find one. Another security person gave me the tow truck info. I do not understand why they are towing from the Curb-online pickup spots if for whatever reason you have to go in the store for a few minutes to use the bathroom or even to pickup anything why that gives them right to tow your car!! They do put do not put any warning signs or any other info regarding this at the curb pickup spots. Looks like its a TRAP!!! DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION!!! I know I won't ever again!! read more

Typical Walmart experience overwhelmed understaffed and dirty. Need to have corporate values match the store. Avoid at all cost even if the price is low read more

Generally I hate going to Walmart because it is busy. This Walmart now has a self checkout section and more cashiers. The merchandise is cheaper here than any where else I have been. Want to do three and a half stars but couldn't do that for some reason. read more

This location specifically is price gouging! If you go to another Walmart in the city items are half the price! I'm truly disgusted because the communities around this area are BIPOC. I can only image the decisions families are making just for basic items. read more

So this is just like any other @Walmart except a touch more ghetto. The staff is not the nicest, plus when I went the store told me that the return policy was something different, different than every other Walmart in the county. Why, I don't know. I am just glad that they stopped locking up everything, and then having to escort all of the customers to the register to buy razors, condoms, etc. The manager told me that he didn't want anybody to steal stuff, so they just locked it up. More like trying to increase teenage pregnancies and STD's by locking up condoms. I never got that. The City of Raleigh has several government buildings, bars, restaurants, barbers, etc. that hand out free condoms, but Walmart wanted to lock them up, which would deter some people from buying them. Go figure. I have driven past this Walmart to go to a different one. And sometimes they have told me to take my return to another Walmart, so I just save myself the hassle. But they are acceptable in a pinch. #331 read more

Run from this pharmacy. You think it's cheap- but they will not have your medication, they will say it is filled and when you show up they will be out of everything you needed, they will never answer the phone, even for the pharmacy you are trying to have things transferred to and you will go off your medicine bc you couldn't get it and have more health problems. The check out staff will blatantly lie about things they know they don't know. It is not worth it. read more

I just went to find a phone case for my phone. Not only did the electronics people not talk to me, but they also offered no assistance to find what I needed. It was like I wasn't there. I went to ask about getting my eyebrows reshaped at the eyebrow salon inside Walmart but the person working there offered no assistance. Another customer offered me assistance. The only helpful person was the customer service person. read more

I am so DISGUSTED with this Walmart and today proved it's not the employees it's the MANAGEMENT! Found a product online that stated available for pick up in store so decided instead of ordering it I would pick it up cause I was in the area...my mistake. First the employee in the toy section was very nice. She let me know that she was covering for someone else so she really wasn't familiar with the section but she would help as much as she could. Once she couldn't help me she directed me to customer service where I would find a manager. Why???? The manager wasn't the least bit concerned about what I was asking and kept saying he couldn't look up an item without a UPC code. Sir, since when? I was just so ill and frustrated with him and his lack of management skills I just walked out. It's so sad because this store is in my community and for the past 5 years to say the least I would make it my business NOT to shop there and tonight further solidified why I will continue NOT to shop there. read more

As walmarts go, this is a nice location and remodeled. That said, the majority of the people working here suck and have the worst attitudes I have seen in a long time. I would rather drive another 13 minutes down the road to north Raleigh. Keep in mind that this location is only 2.3 miles from my house but I will sit in the car for 15 minutes and 10 miles to avoid the terrible attitudes. There are one or two exceptions but I don't plan on waiting to deal with a bunch of buttholes to find that 'one' quality employee. There is a Walmart on the same road 4 miles away but it is not a supercenter (no groceries). The people there are opposite. Most are pretty nice and there are only a few buttholes. As long as you don't need groceries......... read more

Placed a pickup order just to arrive and made wait for over 40 mins just to be told the item wasn't available and that they wouldn't be able to even transfer it to another store where it was available, was turned away and just told to cancel The order. read more

Never received my order but I was certainly charged! After making numerous calls (34 to be exact) and spending hours on the phone, I'm always told the same thing.... "I'll push a message through to back office" It's 11 post my non-delivered delivery and I'm still being told the same thing. Don't waste your time or money. read more

So today there was a huge mix up with the grocery delivery and pick up. Customer care at the call center was awful, but Denise the assistant manger was AMAZING, her customer service was above and beyond. I know she's stressed but she was still so kind and took her time to personally apologize to everyone I saw waiting and actually sounded genuine. Please keep up the great work with such wonderful people in your stores. read more

Hail-mart is the place to go when there are no better options. Trust me honey, this is the bottom of the barrel right here. Do yourself a favor now, because you're better than this, you deserve more, you can afford more, therefore it is time to go out and demand the type of consumer experience you are entitled to! The customer is always morose in a Hall-mart and the customer service found within this store's grotty gates is substantially lacking. Anything you might think you need at Fail-mart can be found elsewhere, and for a better price. Don't buy into their scam! I once dared to ask a seemingly unoccupied employee about the location of magnets at this location. A basic request, right? The man then said that refrigerator magnets were "over there", as he flapped his hand about languidly and stumbled off into the distance. Ballmarts are horrible places full of grime, awkward encounters, screaming babies, wild children and employees shuffling about in a manner resembling the walking dead. I empathize with them, surely, because putting up with the rude, loud and obnoxious customers would make any soul weary. Look past this Unreal City, my friend, before it's too late. read more

I ordered groceries from this location and the time they should have been ready they were not. I contacted corporate as the system says to do and they assured me the order would be filled the next morning and delivered since I have tested positive for COVID and should not be going into the store. The next day at 10am the store sent me a message that due to staffing issues my entire order was canceled. I again called corporate in the hopes of getting my food and asked to speak to the store manager in the hopes of getting my grocery order filled. Corporate put me on hold for a very long time and came back to tell me no one would answer the phone at the store. I have been in this store many times and they have issues with getting customers waited on in a timely fashion. It is not uncommon to wait in checkout 30 minutes. Customer service isn't something they care about. read more

If you sneak in and out of the garden entrance it's not so bad. I try to avoid most Walmarts at all cost, but it is not far from my work and house. I will usually drive the extra miles to get to a Target simply because of crowd control and cleanliness. This Walmart is over crowded and the amount of workers walking around vs. workers actually working makes the lines at the cash register horrible. Not to mention the staff gets testy if you actually ask them for help. I am not a fan of shopping for food here either. There is not a large organic selection and items are constantly out of stock. The trash cans are always over flowing, the floors are dirty and the majority of carts are worn out. If you need to use the bathroom hold it. The bathrooms are usually dirty and good luck finding toilet paper. I will say the bathrooms at the back of the store are a little better, but don't press your luck. read more

I don't think I've ever been to a Wal-Mart that doesn't feel a little bit sketchy and this one is no exception. If you are looking for customer service...go somewhere else. They are allergic to it here. The cleanliness leaves a bit to the imagination and you would think the selection would be huge given the size of the store but it surprisingly is not. Especially in the grocery area. Their pharmacy has the best prices in town but the trade off is losing your mind standing in lines (no matter what time of day it is) FOREVER! They do not know the meaning of speeding check out at that counter. The Garden Center plants looks sad and anemic. Other Wal-Marts have better garden areas so this was really tragic. Alas, I still shop here during daylight hours. Not saying you shouldn't stop in but know that this is not going to be an easy and carefree trip. read more

Where to begin? There are always long lines, place is dirty and the customer service people are never, every friendly.

This walmart is messy, and they literally stopped us mid-transaction to change the til. It would have made perfect sense to finish the transaction first, but they did not have perfect sense. It took about 5 minutes to change the til which could have waited so we didn't have to wait in line! This is simple stuff, folks. read more

Every time I come in this store, I almost instantly regret it. Loooong lines. No customer service. Employees who look like they wish they'd rather be working anywhere else. And perishable food has been abandoned all over the store. read more

So sketch... This place really earns the reputation Walmart has established. I'm really not the "type" to scare easy, but I would rather not go back to this place, day or night. Parking lot is pretty thick with junkies and scammers--so be prepared to suffer through a short-con or have to straight up shut someone down. Inside the store... not so bad. They have stuff--its Walmart. read more

Place is a hot mess, freezer section was destroyed most of the isles and merchandise was a meds, only 2 cashiers working, why I shop here???

Decent Wal-Mart but the waits to check out can be crazy long. Even at self checkout you have wait and wait. Yes and the Garden Center takes forever too. read more

Well how can I put this? I shop at this Walmart every weekend or when ever I'm not in close proximity of a better grocer. This store has the typical Walmart set up and feel but one thing I'm noticing is that there are larger crowds than there is staff. I wish Walmart would select better staffing and workers to keep the stock up and keep ppl interested in being there with out tearing up your aisles and displays. If Walmart doesnt respect it's own location, no one else will. Side note, I recently bought a container of Hungry Jack syrup which was two bucks and some change. The price of the item wasnt the issue. The fact that I made pancakes this morning and had to toss them out because the seal on the syrup container was broken and torn apart WAS! Just an example of how raggedy and rigid this location is. Its spilled milk at the end of the day. I will continue shopping there but I will be alot more proactive about buying so called sealed and fresh products from this store and I suggest you all as sane and intelligent customers check under your items lids and caps as well (for your families and loved ones safety) . read more

So yeah, Walmart is terrible. Tell me something I don't know. But we all come here for a reason. My reason is this Walmart carries Just Mayo and it's just $3.48 for the large jar (you're looking at a minimum of $5 for the small jar at whole foods). There's a surprising amount of Bob's Red Mill items in the baking aisle. And the store generally as all of the low cost items you come to expect, plus some specialty items at lower prices. But duh, the customer service is non-existent and the checkout lines are ridiculously long. Stock up on what you need so you can make as few trips here as possible. read more

This Wal-Mart is dirty, cluttered and has horrible customer service. Nothing in the sporting goods department is on the pegs they belong. I asked for help finding an item and I was told if it's not on the shelf, she couldn't help me. I can honestly say that I have never had a pleasant experience at this location. The pharmacy loses out prescription each time it is sent and is never ready despite calling a day ahead. We are never given consistent answers when we are trying to track down what happened to our medication. The technicians seem genuinely far less than concerned. We have switched to another chain to get our medication and are more than willing to pay the extra $5 per bottle so we don't have the hassle. read more

Lots of good deals, but when I want something in particular no workers are willing to help find what I am looking for. Making a return with a receipt can actually be likened to passing a gun control bill. The customer service team tried to give me less than what I paid for an item although it had only been a week since the item was purchased and I had the reciept in hand. It took a long time and I left very frustrated, and now with a renewed hate for this ghetto cr@p bucket of a store. read more

If I could give this place a 0, I would. This place is so cluttered, so loud, not enough cashiers...ever, the cashiers that are there, are understandably annoyed (lines upon lines of customers. Makes it seem like it'll never end) I feel for these employees. The store is so over-crowded. Wal-Marts usually suck...because they can get away with it. But this one is awful. You have the business...now hire some more people. Whoever the store manager is needs to fix this. Annoyed. read more

This is a review of the Walmart Vision Center first and foremost. The service I have experienced at this Vision Center has been excellent. I have worn glasses for almost 15 years and I have never had service as great as the service I experienced here. Cassie is a great worker and a valuable asset to this Vision Center. She helped me pick out and order my new glasses in under 20 minutes and called 3 days later when they were back in the store. Considering I ordered my glasses about a week from Christmas, I'd say they are really good at their jobs at the Walmart Vision Center. I love my new glasses and I haven't even mentioned the price which I loved even more than the glasses. I highly recommend getting your glasses at this Walmart Vision Center. read more

They're always out of stock, and this place is filthy. I always leave this place upset because they never seem to have what I need. Isn't Walmart suppose to have everything? I considered this Walmart is hell and I don't want anybody to have the same bad experience that I had. I was in Walmart yesterday to send money back home in Morocco. I forgot envelop in the counter and it was $1000 cash money. I got back and I asked the associate her name Esmeraleda (the worst employee I have ever seen in my life ) if she found the envelop, she just yelling on me and did not give any help. I told her that is not the right way to treat customers she said if you don' t like my way go head and complain about me and she does not care about me . I asked to assistance manger to pull out the camera and checked who took my money . He said that he recognized the guy who took the envelop ,but I need to report to the police . I called the police and I was waiting for the policeman from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. When he came he checked the camera and said that he did not recognize the guy and he can not do nothing for me and the cameras they have in Walmart are only to protect the store. So guys be careful if something happen to you in Walmart you are not protected when I came to see the manger store Rabiha if she can help me to get my money back she said Walmart can do nothing for you go deal with the police. I went to anther police station if somebody else can picked the case and help me to get my money back, they just said it is only stolen property they can not do any investigation. So, I lost my money , my dignity. I was at the customer service line.I wanted to return a pair of shoes my boyfriend had gotten me and I didn't have the box but I had the receipt. The lady said that if I could find the box in which in the shoes came from then that would be okay. I am trying on shoes and I finally find a pair that are just right. I go back to the service desk another lady ask me are you sure this are new. I said yes she was very rude; if she looked at the date of the receipt she would have saw my boyfriend had bought them yesterday. As I was about to exchange them she looked at me with an attitude t and said to me this aren't the right shoe. I opened the box and the shoes where exactly the same, she said that I needed the correct bar-code other wise I could not exchange my shoes. After hearing this I was angered even more, I took my shoes and walked out. My point is I had my receipt the shoes where one day old and still I could not exchange or return them. Never go to this walmart they check your receipt at the door and if you don't give it to them they will hound you down about it. I am very disappointed with their customer service and policy exchange program. read more
