    My parents came here to buy a laptop for my mom to do work from this afternoon. We looked through devices and eventually settled on a Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3. We came, we saw, we paid, we left. Easy, right? Nope. Nothing's simple. We open it up so I can help set my mom's laptop up, and what do we find? There's a crack in the screen on the bottom left. Unusable display. No problem, my parents just decide to take it back so we can return it. See, it seems like someone had gotten into the box before we did, and due to the laptop not matching the box's serial number... ... Well, of course, as you'd expect, the staff was really helpful and patient with us, especially given how we felt we'd just lost 500 dollars. Joking! The manager essentially told us to suck an egg. I called customer service and they told us they couldn't do anything unless he'd given it the O.K. So, nice. Real nice. I'm being sarcastic, BTW. I mean, I get it. I understand the holiday season can be busy and stressful - I say this as a retail worker myself - but come on. Ughh. I'm kicking myself because my dad mentioned the sticker looking a little off as we left. The lesson, of course, is don't buy any of your electronics here. Assume everything's tampered with and that the 'new' products you're buying for the holidays have people's sticky fingers and god-knows-what else all over it. And they're just putting this stuff back in the box because they know you can't do anything if you're the poor schmuck who buys it. Yikes.

    Only three studs and the third one broke clean off

    Don't get your tires done at this Walmart do not trust them at all I got my tires replaced and one of my wheels ALL the lugs were loose and didn't realize until it was too late and had one of my studs brake right off so now I can only put 3 lugs on my tire thanks Walmart I will be coming back because I should not have to be replacing a part that didn't have anything wrong with it in the first place thanks guys

    I bought a product a cat toy (to some dumb stay with me it's the principal) My cat loved it, but it broke. So, I bought another. I didn't ask for a replacement I immediately bought another that's how much my cat loved it. Now It broke. So, I google company name; Cornmi. I get nothing only connects to walmart. So, I contact walmart not for them to do anything to help me complain to company cause I already know by date of purchase im unable to claim warranty. I spend hrs on the phone for them to tell me they will contact company for replacement. Then I get an email saying it was delivered. So I respond I didn't say it wasn't delivered. I said it's keeps breaking then I again call online walmart and spend an hr to yet again allow them to even find the order. Then they tell me it was bought in store it has to be returned to store. Well guess what you can only buy on line. Whole thing is a bunch of ahit shows. To finally be told they don't have a real contact number for the company and it's out of their store warranty to replace they apologize it's them not "Walmart" Well I bought it from you, Walmart. So if you trusted this company enough to put them under your umbrella then it's between you and them. You bought these various products from various people. The consumer buys from you! I will be contacting corporate, the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General

Now having been a VERY regular and long time Marshall's shopper I can assure you the on site manager I dealt with was demeaning and discourteous for reasons passing understanding. To be perfectly frank, I believe the purchase was outside the 30 day refund policy. For that reason alone, I was willing to take a lesser amount as a store credit. That said, the shift manager, I encountered, wouldn't engage at any level. She stated that returns at this high of an amount ($49.99), wouldn't normally be considered full stop. Having worked retail for over 30 years and engaged with this store for the last 5-8 yrs I can assure you, she had no reason to react in the manner I experienced. After reading your online reviews, it's obvious this policy and perhaps even your inventory system has changed. If so, I would encourage work arounds that address the lack of transparency and most assuredly revisiting the training opportunity of customer relations within this location. I will attempt to return elsewhere as I believe the return to be dated well beyond the 30 day window. Perhaps another location would prefer the repeat business. Please note, while you may feel justified regurgitating policy with little or no effort toward civility, and acting as if your customer has wronged you, will only serve to decrease your market share and eventually challenge your performance.

    I first had to do an Amazon return. No one was at the desk, I waited a few minutes. There was a…read moreprinter in the corner popping out Amazon labels so I assumed someone would be back. A few minutes later an associate comes out of the bathroom, goes behind the desk to the corner by the printer and starts tearing off the labels. I walk up to the desk, in case she didn't see me, because I wasn't greeted or addressed. And she says " I'm over here." Which is extremely rude. How about saying hello I can help you over here. I didn't say anything, I gave her the returns. After she gave me the return slip I walked away and she snarkily said thank you. As if I was supposed to thank her even though her only attempt at talking to me was to say I'm over here. Sydney is very rude. 1) if she had to use the bathroom she should have told a manager to get coverage 2) you greet your customers. I said hello, she said nothing. 3) not saying have a nice day is fine by me, but don't give your customers an attitude when they walk away. Had she not been so nasty at the end I wouldn't have bothered to leave this review. I know not much is going to be done to reprimand her, but it was an awful experience so I'm giving an awful review. Do better Sydney, or get a different job. You don't belong working with the public.

Next month I received a 30 day late bill, called a very rude "customer service" (not) person, sent a check that day for full credit amount. They trashed my credit immediately with all 3 credit bureaus for a 30-day late, pretty sad. I've contested every year since and still **negative** report. In 31 YEARS this is the only negative report EVER . I always pay our cards in full. This is the WORST company. Do not be lured in with their discounts. They are totally not worth it. Go to Macy's or shop Amazon. Scrappy, low class, not worth your time. They can't even give fair service.

I have huge prblms with my feet &getting the correct pair of shoes is vital, otherwise I literally cannot walk, an issue as I work 2-3 different jobs. The same lady who helped me prvsly, Samantha & sold me the brand that no longer wked, was there. After we spoke, it was agreed an exchange was the best way to go. I asked her if she could help me find a similar brand type shoe (looking back I should have just ventured out my own as I always do b/c the ensuing interactions were nasty & unpleasant. She asked if I wkd in a restaurant (as the prvs sneakers were Fila wk sneakers for standing), I said no, no, I'm on my feet all day. She then proceeded to get upset, snippy& defensive. I'm asking you if you wked in a restaurant, that's why I asked you if u worked in a restaurant. I said no, I don't, I'm on my feet all day. She already seemed defensive, combative & on nasty side. As we walked toward where she was showing me, I already felt uncomfortable but asked could you pls get me something like the FILAs b/c they were perfect (they had apparently changed the construction or manufactured a defective batch), she then proceeded to yell & argue with me combatively "Well obviously the WEREN'T perfect b/c u said u had prblms w/ them & couldn't walk, so obviously they WERENT perfect, when I attempted to explain the prvs FILAs WERE perfect, it was the new batch I just bought (both online, than a replacement duplicate in the store). As I was explaining, she continued to yell& argue with me combatively AS I WAS TALKING that I told her the FILAs weren't perfect. She showed me a few, none which were correct, I told her that's fine, I'll look on my own. When I asked her a few ?s about the shoes, she answered quickly, snappily & defensively. I finally found a pair of boots( brand I'd worn comfortably before). It was in another brand bx, & not exactly my size. I called her over & said I found this which would work, it was in the wrong box. She immediately snapped back again defensively & combatively - "It's not in the wrong box, we just put in that box b/c we didn't have the original bx" - I just looked at her & said "I know, I'm aware, you don't need to tell me that". This boot needed to be ordered & in the ensuing discussion, she was abrupt, condescending and patronizing. She said boots can be delivered, I would just need to pay $8 for shipping, all the while she's speaking, she's short in manner, impolite with a not-nice tone. I said can they be delivered to my work (just in case they were any restrictions on it having to go to your home). She then said in a v. patronizing, condescending way, oh they can deliver it wherever as long as it's deliverable. Yes I got that- those are obvious things to say, I am just checking if the brand had any RESTRICTIONS ON DELIVERY. When I went up to the counter to complete exchange & place order for delivery, she was again short, impolite, abrupt in manner when taking my info with a few moments of niceness when she sensed she was not being nice (her manner throughout). When we were discussing how long it would take, she said 4-5 business dys or so, I asked so maybe next Monday? (a wk from that day). Then she looked at me and said v. slowly as if she was talking to a child, IT CAN TAKE UP TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS so probably by next Wednesday. I'm aware when you give a designation of delivery time it's not going to come snap snap within 4 days on the dot -no need to explain that it can be longer. The remainder of time, she attempted to do everything with an ostensible efficiency but was again sl. rude, short/abrupt with an impolite, disrespectful tone of voice, again with moments of niceness if/when she gauged my tone of voice when speaking to her was softer. Basically throughout my entire with this girl, Samantha, I was afraid to ask her a question for fear of her EXPLODING AT ME with combative, defensive, argumentative-ness yet I did ask questions as I needed to take care of certain things. I also felt uncomfortable to talk to her as her personality seemed sl. rude and hostile. I asked if another pair of sneakers (alternative option) would be available in color I needed, she again answered in a quick, defensive, not particularly nice way. I asked if she could find out if these FILAs were a different construction or just a defective batch as the prvs pair I had wked perfectly to a tee & were the only shoes I could wear. She then again said very slowly & patronizingly, "I can call Corporate & find out if they had any COMPLAINTS on THESE" as if that is all I can & will do on this.Every question I asked, every interaction for the most part was answered with a quick, immediate, defensive combativeness as if I was attacking her & she needed to prove that she was competent & knew what she was doing. What surprised me was the variety of styles and sizes in stock. That they had Merrell's! Not many places carry them or have much variety. Ironically, I went to Woodbury Commons last week and Picked up a pair of driving shoes for about $80, they're good shoes. But, I could have picked up a pair for about $20 some odd dollars here. The only odd thing was, that the sales associates here don't approach customers. Maybe they're salaried employees. Otherwise, next time I need shoes I'll go here. The prices are unbelievable.
