I noticed the other day that they're also not labeling the meat with the country of origin which they seemed so proud of previously. Sent an email to corporate asking a few questions and got a canned "AI" type response, I've since emailed back TWICE asking for clarifications on the labeling and crickets! I've spent lot's of $ at the Murphy Ingles in particular over the years and shopped several times a week there & they seem to be in decline overall. Time to find a new place to shop it seems!

A week or two later I bought one for myself at our vacation home. By February 1st the handle on the first pan became loose. I tried every tool I had but could not tighten it. I went to the store and purchased two different sets of "star" screwdriver sets to tighten this handle, both to no avail. So I went back to Walmart and bought another pan to replace the first one. A week later the second pan handle became loose. Then the third! I contacted the company, and they said their policy would not allow them to replace a product without the receipt. WHO KEEPS A RECEIPT FOR A $14.98 FRYING PAN? My sister and I have spent $60+tax had 4 broken pans from IMUSA. Because they were frying pans, we threw all 4 out, at the dump, so no one would try to salvage them and get burned using them.
