A week later the second pan handle became loose. Then the third! I contacted the company, and they said their policy would not allow them to replace a product without the receipt. WHO KEEPS A RECEIPT FOR A $14.98 FRYING PAN? My sister and I have spent $60+tax had 4 broken pans from IMUSA. Because they were frying pans, we threw all 4 out, at the dump, so no one would try to salvage them and get burned using them.
