If I could give them a negative star would. I often avoid this location because I normally have to witness some unprofessional situation with someone. However, today I went to grab beer and after the cashier looked at my id and scanned the item, he asked again for my ID. I asked for the reason and he said "you look way too young to be born in that year" now idk if he was flirting or policing but he did not ask anyone else in the store for their id. I decided to leave and speak to a manager. I spoke to two managers, Ben and Samantha who were both very unhelpful unapologetic and cold. They did not introduce themselves or take my name. Samantha actually stared coldly at me most of the time before offering a snarky comment. I had to ask for an apology and no clear next steps were offered to resolved. I mentioned wanting a follow up for the hostile experience and they told me to contact the president of Walmart. I cannot believe that happened. I went to same store to a different cashier and they just followed procedure. I would like someone to address the disparate treatment that I just experienced. There are three Walmarts in this area so if this one can be avoided, DO NOT COME HERE! They are unprofessional. The store is unkempt and poorly ran! read more

This Walmart location does not provide great customer service. If it wasn't the only Walmart in the area, I would definitely go somewhere else. Unfortunately, my car battery died yesterday and the only thing worse than that was the service I received at this Walmart. Whatever white, short & stubby older lady they have an auto department is very snappy. I could see that she was helping another customer , however, she came to interrupt another man working and helping a customer so I took that opportunity to ask her if the stock that was on the shelf is all that they have. That question alone it was enough for her to be rude over. There truly is nothing worse than asking a human that works in a store for help and they tell you to look online or in a book. read more

The service at this Walmart is the worst. . I am a Walmart + member and New to the area. I placed an order for delivery at 4 pm and the delivery time kept getting pushed back and pushed back until it was last updated for before Store closing at 11 PM. Now I had been calling the store for an hour and a half starting at 9 and no one answered in any department. I finally called corporate. Walmart, who said the order was pulled at 5 PM, but they didn't schedule any drivers so there was a bunch of orders sitting there that no one was ever told weren't going to be delivered today and this is an ongoing problem for the store. Needless to say, I will never shop at the store again. Thankfully 3 miles more in the opposite direction for me. There's another one I will now give them my business. read more

Walmart -brananfield Rd Middleburg fl. Walmart hunting dept refused to sell me a gun on 11-25-2024. I told the manager and store manager I have a concealed carry permit for which I don't have to wait the 3 day grace period to purchase. They told me they did not care that I still had to wait, that it was there policy. I was very upset but remained calm because I know what my rights are and Walmart thinks they can make up there policies preventing me as a US citizen with a carry permit to purchase a gun from them. read more

While in a state of panic, urgency, and desperation my last resort of hope was reaching out to your auto care center located in Walmart in Middleburg. Prior to arriving I placed a call to ensure the tire for my vehicle would not only be available, but that someone would be able to complete the service upon arrival. When I finally arrived, your employee Tyler not only failed to provide a welcoming greeting, but was sadly rude and had no interest in assisting me. I informed him that I had just called and spoken with someone who confirmed that not only the tire needed was available, but that service would also be provided upon arrival. He then stated "I don't know why they told you that". While having the prior knowledge of car care, I asked Tyler how long it would take to complete a tire patch. He stated 30-45 minutes. To avoid further aggravation and additional time wasted, I asked to speak with the manager. Tyler then left my vehicle leaving the impression that a manager would be returning only to soon find out that, that would not happen in a timely manner. This was my 1st time at this location as I was traveling with my child back to home hours away, and I could not be more dissatisfied, disappointed, and truly disgusted with my experience. I will be sure not to return and will not recommend this location to anyone as a result of Tyler's piss poor customer service. read more

This Walmart is in my opinion like most Walmart's. This is a super Walmart with all the Walmart fixing. This one has a subway, customer service, nail salon, hair salon, eye glass facility and now at this time of year a place where you can have your taxes completed and let's not forget the pharmacy. Sweet that it's 24hrs! When I lived in San Diego the 24hr Walmarts we're turning into Walmarts that closed at midnight (LAME!). Anyways, my boyfriend and I love going here and just walking around...then hate it because we walk out with stuff we don't need. Overall, nice and clean Walmart and nobody bothers you. If you're creeped out by other WalMarts, this one can change your mind about the way you think about Walmart, their employees and the customers. It's not dirty like other Walmarts and the people are less creepy. The employees are willing to help out and aren't miserable like other WalMarts. I don't feel scared when going here late night and I don't feel dirty after leaving. Also, the lines don't take forever and there are enough cash registers open to make sure you barely ever have to wait. They have a Subway instead of a McDonald's inside. The bathrooms are also cleaner than other WalMarts. read more

I went to this walmart today 9pm.... no one in line at customer service..... I wanted to buy a pair of gloves Instead of waiting in line behind 1 of there 4 slow cashiers I went to customer service to purchase gloves. The dumb Ass cashier actually told me..... First let me say that I absolutely hate walmarts and everything about them however I was honestly very impressed with this one. You can tell it is older by looking at the logo on the sign and the design of the building but it is very clean, organized and overall pretty nice. SAFETY ALERT TO THE PUBLIC!!! have shopped at this store for over 5 years I'm in this store 3 to 5 times a week. BE AWARE!! On October 30, 2019 at 7:25pm. I was shopping in at Branan Field Walmart someone came from behind me at placed a small white trash bucket over my head awhile I was looking at the lamps over by the toy section. I told to Walmart associates and they ask me did I see anyone? No. I said you all have camera's right? They looked around store, why? They didn't know who they were looking for? I went to customer service and was told it's probably part of a prank young people are doing online. The response I got was I'm sorry this happened to you! No one ask me if I was okay? No one offered to call police and they were not interested to try and view cameras. I was in shock. I asked for a worker to follow me out to my car. In hindsight I should of called police but then I thought they probably would have done nothing either than I would have been truly upset. I called corporate office when I got home and once again they didn't care saying I would get a phone call from the store manager. They called left a message apologizing and said they looked around and didn't see anything??? For real you don't know what your looking for especially if you haven't seen me!!! LOVE Walmart not only do you get good buys you get a show. Why do I even keep going to this location? Oh yeah because it's close. Well I might start making the extra drive to go somewhere else. Wemt to get mac n cheese from the snack bar after letting a family go ahead of me there was little mac left, but it wouldvhave been enough to satisfy me. However, the guy said they were bring more up then a woman by the name of Breona came up and said she forgot to make it then she took the tray with the little bit in it and walked over to the trash and dumped it after I clearly said mac is all I want.
