I made a purchase with prescription that my insurance was able to cover half and there was a portion for me to be responsible for at the time of Purchase. The lady was explaining that I was charged on taxes for the overall purchase, including what the insurance pays I asked her if she can show me somewhere within the policy if that is correct because when I spoke to my insurance, they said that their portion is covered. I am to be taxed only on my responsible fee The lady as well wasn't respecting my request when I wanted to pay with my gift card and was only entering a certain number to remove from the gift card when I went to customer service they said this amount is still on the card. She was trying to keep my gift card and said that that was the only amount on it Customer service stated otherwise, and I kept my print receipts. I'm trying to see if there was someone else other store representatives to assist me on correcting the matter.

It went from St George on a Friday to Vegas. From there it went to Glenwood. Then back to Vegas. It is now telling me unknown delivery time and is moving to the next facility. I was told to call the post office and they wont use any other carrier. I am out of my medication currently. Wow!! How's that for customer service!!!! The vaccination area is just a plastic chair over in the corner and the floor looked like it hadn't been swept in ages. Even though there are two registers, I've never seen both open. Even though you might have the barcode for your pick up, it doesn't seem to help at all find your prescription. I have to use these guys because for some of my prescriptions, because they are the only ones that can get them filled. For everything else I go to Fusion Pharmacy, where they know you by name and the price is the same as CVS.

I called that pharmacy and scheduled a Pick up for Saturday after my knee surgery. When my husband went to get my medicine they were closed for covid cleaning. When I called to see if they could get my prescription sent to another store, they just told me I'd have to wait until the next day for the medicine I needed that night. They were not helpful. (Some might say they were down right rude) That is when a friend told me about Brents pharmacy and that they deliver. I can hardly walk after my surgery and have a brace and crutches. My husband works 12-14 hours with his commute. I called Brents pharmacy and they went above and beyond to help. There customer service was superb, they treated me like a friend (not a number or inconvenience)... And did I mention their priced was 50% off the other well known pharmacy? I am switching all my prescriptions to Brents Pharmacy off red cliffs by the mall! They have fabulous customer service! They deliver!!! And they cost less! I am a fan! I've had them tell me once or twice that they "already know that coupon won't work" (when it always does) I didn't even attempt to use a coupon this time and Shelby found a coupon on her phone because she said this specific prescription is usually cheaper than what it was ringing up as. Food, drinks, snacks, supplies, sundries, etc. Prices were comparable to its competitors, but they did have some sale items, digital coupons, etc. The staff was polite, friendly, and welcoming.
