Switched my prescriptions to Walgreens. Every pharmacist has been very helpful so far. Highly recommend!

This Mesquite NV pharmacy is a joke, they are lacking in customer service and efficiency! I have lived in several communities and never dealt with a more unorganized business. Go to Walmart, go to Smith's! read more

Although the pharmacy does a fairly adequate job, the rest of the store is a joke. Staffed by ladies in their 80s who do not have a clue how to do anything. Let alone provide any kind of basic customer service. They cannot execute simple actions on a computer or photo lab equipment. read more

Walgreens is the worst pharmacy in the area if you go in with good rx they find a way not to honor the prices on that site. But I finally found out why they want everyone to pay for the thefts they've allowed to happen in other states.Some drugs they can't get I asked my doctor if she could send my prescriptions over to Amazon and she did I ordered my first drug on Amazon pharmacy Walgreens was charging upwards of 251.00 for the same drug. Amazon delivered it to my house the next day for 50.00 with free shipping because I have amazon prime. That's a 201.00 savings each month I understand people need to make a profit but not a killing on prices I will never shop at Walgreens again. read more

Walgreens pharmacy is over priced I was getting my prescriptions filled here until I couldn't get one filled.I asked my Doctor to send all my prescriptions to Amazon for 90 day supply $261.30 Walgreens was charging $1252.84 I saved with Amazon $3,996.16 per year and yes they can do refrigerated drugs. Plus they deliver to your front door so that's a fuel savings also. read more

Doesn't answer phone during working hours. Must go in person. But, they're the only game in town if you have TriCare insurance

The lady working at the time that we went was very helpful and kind and we got what we came for but the store is very unorganized and things were just thrown around. It needs a good reset. read more

If there was a way to give a negative star I would. I have tried to give this Pharmacy the benefit of the doubt but its the same thing over and over. Had a prescription sent in for a medication and they said I could get it off the shelf. Without skipping a beat they didn't want to discuss it. No its stronger than the over the counter. Had it sent to Costco who filled it without question. Had a prescribed that had to be ordered in, two days later it still not filled but they said it would be ready in 15 mins. 2 hrs later same comment. Then another excuse. Less than helpful, less than forthcoming about whats going on and does not want to talk about concerns. Stay away from this pharmacy. Go to others in town that are helpful, knowledgeable, forthcoming with issues and accommodating. read more

HORRIBLE customer service from the pharmacy. Every person I spoke with over the phone (3 different people) acted as if I was bothering them and the couldn't get off the phone fast enough. The transfer of my prescriptions to Smiths was ridiculously time consuming when it's a simple process. read more

This store is mismanaged, I have been there a few times and the employee at register doesn't say hello, rude. I spoke to the manager. If I go in again and it happens again I will write to the corporate office. If these employees don't want to work quit, or manager FIRE them. the public is there to buy your product and doesn't need your personal problems, seek out a counselor. read more

At a time when you should have more staff on duty cleaning, making sure people are social distancing, and checking people out you have long lines and long waits both on the inside pharmacy and at the check stand up front people are congregating. A few more staff members would help get your customers in and out more quickly and far more safely. read more

3 strikes and you're out! Walgreens in Mesquite NV is not serving its community. Strike 1. Got snot from a pharmacy cashier when trying to pick up a prescription, pharmacy assistant covered for the cashier with "we had to call your Dr" which was BS because I still had 6 months left on prescription. Strike 2 - attempted to get flu shot - "pharmacist is out sick today". They could have put a sign on the front door, and/or all over the store instead of making everyone wait in line to be told by the cashier. Go in the next day for flu shot only to be told "you have to make an appointment" again, no notification displayed anywhere in the store and they could have mentioned "by appointment only" the day before. Grrrr Strike 3 - called in prescription yesterday. Go in today to get prescription. The pharmacy is closed because "the pharmacist had an emergency". I defied my insurance company to keep my business local, turns out my local business doesn't really care to have my business. They're not the only horse in town, I have options so... The ONLY way to speak to the Pharmacy is to go in. Every time I try to call, I am placed on hold until they disconnect me. Last week, I hung up after 15 minutes. Today, I was on the line for over 20 minutes and then they disconnected me. UNACCEPTABLE. read more

Went to get our COVID shot, made appointment and had all paperwork with us to take in. Arrived at pharmacy, processed in, clerk wasn't really receptive. Sat down to wait for the "pharmacist" to come out and give the shot. Others lined up after us and waited. Our "appointment " was at 11:30. After waiting 40minute, we gave up. Walgreens staff didn't even tell us why the delay. Very poor customer service. They don't care that we have other things to do, hence getting an appointment. Will not shop there again!!! read more

Very nice drugstore with a convenience store to boot. The drug store folks are very good, patient and try to get you in and out ASAP. The staff I have met are always friendly and helpful. This place gets my vote! read more

The lady in the make up department was very helpful in finding the product I was looking for. She was kind and patient in helping me. They were out of the product and she mentioned a different brand which I purchased.Very happy. read more

I have been using this location for my prescriptions for 18 months since moving here. I have always had my prescriptions ready when they said they would be. Generally the same day. I love that they send me a text message when my prescription is ready. I don't have to call them, they text me. I recommend this location. I use the drive up window. read more

I will rate the store a 5. Never had a problem been shopping there for years. But rate the pharmacy a 1. Also been filling all our prescriptions there for many years as well. Never had a problem until these last two months. That's about the time the new pharmacist introduced herself. And ever since she has been not filling my prescriptions for me. Making me wait all day and asking some very personal questions that even my nurse was upset about. We get all our prescriptions filled here. Been filling them here forever. My son is diabetic and my boy is also on meds for a brain disorder. So we get a lot of meds filled every month. I do not appreciate the way there conducting there buisness now. Two months ago I would have rated them a 5. But today there not even a 1. Very disappointed. read more

Disappointed overall in this particular location. Went in as a quick stop to print a picture and grab some tea for the road. They didn't have the tea I was hoping for. No biggie. Grabbed a 2nd favorite. Jumped over to the photo printing area; both kiosks were full. Again, no big deal. I can wait. 20 MIN LATER. We're still waiting. My family came in from the car because it was taking so long. The one kiosk was being used for a big job. Understandable. The other kiosk was continually being "rescanned" by the store clerk because "she didn't get it quite right." By the time she did "get it right" she revealed that the PRINTER WAS OUT OF ORDER and we wouldn't be able to pick up any photos until the next day! Wouldn't that have been a nice thing to warn us about when we first walked up to the photo area? Customer service is nada. If that gal didn't have her head screwed on, she'd have lost it. Abandoned my intended purchases, grabbed my toddler, and left disappointed. No bueno. read more

Easy access to the parking lot. Not in the greatest area, but clean store considering where it's located. The sweet cashier lady was really helpful. I'm on a family trip and needed some sunscreen and eyeliner and she gave me some coupons for the items I was purchasing. It's a great one stop shop for anything you need and it's located right next to Arco gas station. read more

I Dropped off a prescription at this location and was told it would be ready in two days. I received a confirmation phone call about this transaction but when I went to pick up two days later I was told this prescription is not serviceable to this location. Then she proceeded to tell me to call a Walgreen's in Las Vegas and ask them if they had this prescription. If not I was told to ask them to call around to the other Walgreen's and see if they could get this prescription delivered to said Walgreen's. Being that I live 30 min from Mesquite and an hour from Las Vegas, I don't see it unreasonable for them to call me and let me know they couldn't accommodate my order or needs. Or even if you would like to take it a step further and try to help Walgreen's sellability, couldn't they call the other Walgreen locations in Las Vegas and find out who has it, then call me and let me know the status before I made the trip? Very disappointed in the customer service and the absolute lack of concern. This location has no interest in helping out it's customers nor selling anything but truly adheres to the motto "do the least amount possible without getting fired".
