Iwould like warning every one, what returning items purchased with walmart.com not very easy returning in walmart store particulary in Maple Growe store. I bot for my wife some jewelry with walmart.com, but items was not look like I expected and fallow all instruction I print all labels to return items in walmart store, actualy all instructions very easy. Customer services assosiet in store absolutely don't know what she doing and she has problem with returnig, her name (Bony), and I asked her call to manager. Manager came and was not happy because this lady call her many many times already. Both trying make returning and finaly them churgy me with this amoutn money what must to be returnin to my credit card,. So I was charge twice for items I have already returned. I found this 4 days later when call to my credit card verify return. So if you need returnin anything bought with walmart.com, just print packege label and use FedEx or UPS store drop off, and be very careful if you decided return something in Maple Grove store and run away from associate with name Bony! I received an email from Walmart saying my order was processed for pickup at the Coon Rapids, MN location. the problem was that I didn't order anything. I checked my charge card and saw someone bought an electronic item for $181.04. I immediately froze my charge card and a few minutes later, another charge came through for the same amount, which was blocked because of me. I tried calling that store and nobody answered in electronics, so I tried customer service...who also didn't answer. I tried this four times and with no luck, I got a hold of the pharmacy manager. I apologized for bothering him, but said nobody would answer their phone and asked if he could connect me with a manager. He said that no managers were accepting calls and that I needed to come in to the store if I wanted to talk to a manager. I told him that there's no way I was going to drive that far to come in, as this location wasn't close to my house, especially during this virus situation. I explained that this wasn't a call to see if they had toilet paper, it was because someone stole my charge card information and was trying to commit fraud. I told him this was urgent and I needed him to connect me to ANY manager right away. Again, he said no and then had the gall to hang up on me! I gave him the benefit of the doubt and called back and got a hold of him again. I told him we got disconnected and he said to me, I'm not hooking you up to a manager and hung up on me again! What an utter horrific display of customer service...the worst ever! I will never step foot in any Walmart ever again!! read more

i been comimg here for years... and ever year i swear its getting worse and worse..... from being clean to items not being stocked and customer service....... today i went shopping and everything was decent besides not having a couple grocery things... when i got home i checked my reciept and saw items that i didnt even put in my cart but i paid for them..... this is not first time this has happened here...... watch out with some of the cashiers probably sneaking in there own items and having you pay for it......i called walmart and nobady picked up the phone in any department except for the pharmacy department..... smh i had to get manager involved to try and figure this out read more

This Walmart is very clean and I go here often for my groceries. Just like other Walmarts, the checkout lines are garbage. However, this review is for their pick-up service and customer service as a whole. I ordered a video game online for store pickup. The website gave me a specific time. I also imputed my phone number so hey can text me. I've never used their pickup service until now. So my daughter and I walked in the store and there are NO signs tat direct you to where the pickup service is. So what do we do? Go to customer service. Again, no signs as to the actual location of the pickup service. But there are plenty of signs that say if you use this device, you'll save so many dollars. So finally we are helped and then told the pickup service is directly in the back of the store. So we walk there and again; no sign identifying this section at all. Finally, we meet the lady at the counter and asked for my game. She proceeds to tell me they've been looking for the past hour and cannot find it anywhere. If I'm willing to wait an extra day they can get me the game. Mind you I got dinner to cook and other errands to run. I cancelled my order and went to Target. I actually paid $10 more but I was in and out. Mark the pickup section with a big sign like every other section and have a sign in customer service that directs you to the proper section. I ordered online for outside pick-up. Arrived and parked and dialed the number. After 8 rings someone picked up. I tell him I am in the #5 spot. Plus he could not spell so I had to spell my name MULTIPLE times. Guy comes out and goes to the only other car there and then walks over to us when he see that car is empty. He tells me I need to go inside to pick up my order. I go into the Service Desk and WAIT for 7 people in front of me only to be told to go someplace else. I go to the next spot and I wait and wait and wait. My name is the ONLY number on the board and this woman could not walk any slower finally arrives and looks about bewildered and then asks me my name. I AM THE ONLY PERSON STANDING THERE. She then slowly saunters away and I wait for her to bring me my package. I complain and she tells me the guy for the outside pick up was supposed to deliver the package to me outside. For all the time this transaction took, I could have parked, picked up my items, paid and left the store in less time. There is a reason I don't go to Walmart but I needed a couple of things. Do not order anything on line for pick up at this location! I had confirmation that my product had been received at the store, so I went to go pick it up. Spent the first half hour explaining that my product is in fact at the store, for some reason they refused to believe the tracking info was correct. Once they finally came to their sences, they said "okay it is here, we just don't know where it is. " now just so it is clear my order.. was a TREADMILL! Easy enough to find. I took a seat and waited for them to find it. Another half hour rolls around, and the ill English speaking service manager said they found it, but it's behind a bunch of other stuff. (I had called 8 hours prior to arriving at the store letting them know I was coming by to pick this up.) So I told the service manager well you guys can just ship it to my house, since I already been there for over an hour. She absolutely refused to ship it. So I took a seat again, about 15 mins later, I was asked to pull around to the back of the store, because they couldn't clear a path to go out the front. Pulled up, and they still were not ready to roll this box of mine out. The solution was quite simple, but simple is also a good word to describe this service manager. She literally is now moving pallets that didn't even need to get moved in order to get my box out.... there were two guys just standing there, don't nothing, so I told one of them to lift the other side of the box and help me get it in my box of my truck. I had to carry my own product out of the back of Wal-Mart's messed up idiotic loading system, had to deal with a service manager who was about as service orientated as a dmv employee, and wound up spending just under two hours at this Wal-Mart... moral of the story... go to TARGET! read more

Walmart Vision Center, two people recommended it to me so I decided to check it out. I am familiar with Walmart but I've only shopped there a handful of times. I walked into the Walmart Vision Center and there were two people standing and a family spread out in the store. No employees anywhere. The phone was ringing, no one was answering it. I wandered around and noticed customer paperwork laying on the counter containing protected health information and two computers logged in to more protected health information of a customer. Wow, just wow! I stood around for 5 minutes and the phone started ringing again, a man ran out from the back exam area, answered the phone, checked something on the computer, put the phone down, said "we will be with you in a few minutes folks" and went into the back room. The phone sat on the counter, not on hold, just the receiver on the counter. 10 minutes later he came back and began helping the family. The phone customer had hung up by now. So far, 15 minutes standing around, with the ability to start using their computers to look up customer NPI or walk out with PHI paperwork and only been addressed as a group that "they will be with me". I waited another 20 minutes and left. Walmart, you had a chance to change my opinion of your stores and not only have you failed, you did the one thing I didn't think was possible, you lowered my opinion. Truly awful, a failure in all aspects. No one that cares if their protected health information is exposed to the public should ever go there. read more

I would say towards the end of July 18th -23 2015 I was there checking myself out I was suppose to get back $2.?? some cents I ended up getting $40.00 and some change back. When I brought it to the young girls attention she actually looked at me like I was a freak and said well Walmart doesn't care. The Supervisor came over and checked it out and someone had put the $20s in the Ones & vise versa. I was glad to be honest and am that way but I didn't get a thank you, kiss my ass or anything from the 2 people that took care of the problem. read more

Open 24-hours, but so enormous if you don't know FOR CERTAIN where an item is, or if it's a slight unusual thing you are looking for...[eveidently hummus is unusual...] just go somewhere else. If it's early am even if you need groceries do not enter through the grocery doors or park neat there....since the enormous store can only have 2 checkouts operating, all at the other door, about 1/4 mile away. If you are having difficulty walking, just find a smaller store. read more

I placed on online order Feb. 5 at Walmart.com - On Feb 8 I received an email stating my online items were ready for pickup at my Maple Grove MN Walmart so I went in to pick them up (5 items). When I got to the store only 2 items were ready for pickup. I was told the other items were in the store - probably coming off the truck and would be available later. I went back the next day - my items were still not available even though the online check in person looked on her scanner and the items were shown to be in the store - she checked and could not find the items anywhere. She offered to credit me back the money for the items, I asked if I would get an email confirmation - she said yes. I checked my email for the next 10 days and checked my bank to see if I was credited the amount and nothing was done. I finally got an email that said "We've finished processing your refund and it's now available to be picked up at your local Walmart." I brought the email with me and went to my store - they could not help me stating that they cannot do a refund for an online order and they could not bring up my information at the store. After calling Walmart.com and getting no help, they had to bring in the online check in person who helped me before - she could not find my information either and had to call her manager at home to ask what to do - I was finally given a gift card for the refund amount. This took an hour at the store (after 2 trips to the store to get my order) I will never order anything online through Walmart again. The customer service counter was not helpful and tried to put the blame on the online people - you need to communicate better between your local stores and your online services. read more

Evaluating Walmart This Walmart has been open a few years now and it's one of the best one-stop shopping trip stores around. They are friendly, clean, have great services and prices. They have door greeters that can can help you as soon as you enter the store. They have all seemed very polite. I've also found that there prices are lower and they even match competitors adds. It saves you time money and gas to do most of your shopping their because of great services Walmart offers such as electronics, tire lube and express, photo lab, jewelry, groceries, vision center, low cost prescriptions and much more. Most people run from place to place to get the items on sale in other stores adds when you can just bring the add to Walmart and get the same price and everything you need all at once. They have many employees all around the store and they are always polite and seem concerned to make sure you find everything okay. Overall I think the Maple Grove Walmart is one of the best stores to shop at due to services, prices and friendliness. read more
