Let me tell y'all. I wanted to try the scan and go method for checkout. It's definitely not scan and go. Once you get your total in the app you still have to swipe your barcode at a register for it to pull up the order and allow you to pay then it calls for an associate to come verify at least 3 of those items are in the buggy and then it allows you to leave. Never ever never will I use this again. Thank God we only had 7 items. My sis was mad as hell lol. I thanked her for allowing me to try it out to see what it was all about. Side note. Please get step ladders for areas so that customers may reach items up high. read more

Dejon at Walmart in Harrison road is the best. Helped us with everything we needed and was on it. !

Neither the Casher or the Customer Service desk knew how to give a Gift Receipt. Guess they did not explain that in there 5 minute training program. Finally after waiting 15 minutes for the shift Supervisor. Her name was AJ she did but was super rude about it. They should not call it the Customer Service desk if they are going to be rude and untrained. Hope they figure it out before the Holiday shopping season. read more

Let me see. I live close to the Walmart on Gray Hwy, I read it is called the ghetto Walmart, and if you want to know why just go there. Sometimes the pull carts the employees are using for pickup items are totally blocking the aisles even the vegetable aisle, it appeals to be deliberate to me. There is trash on the floor, open food on the floor and shelves. Dirty floors attract roaches and rats and may become a health issue. I wonder if the Food and Drug Administration ever inspects this store. I shopped at the Harrison Rd Walmart today and the difference of shopping experience was a 180 degrees. The store was clean!!! The food items on the shelves were neat, there was no trash on the floor and the aisle weren't blocked by the employees pulling orders. I could hardly believe I was in a Walmart. There were two employees at my check out lane expediting the smooth flow of the customers. And let me reiterate, the grocery section of the store was clean. More power to all the managers, I appreciate your leadership. read more

I went to this location on 9/13/17 and was checked out at 15:41:47 in the automotive department. As I was approaching the register, a woman who I assume is management, was swapping out the cash drawer and pulling a reading. I asked if this checkout was closed. She looks dead into my eyes , with a nasty look, and kept talking to the young guy employee about a "Mike Brown ". She didn't acknowledge me or anything. I almost rolled my motor oil and filter over to the side and left before I said something I would regret. I understand if you don't like your job, but please don't act like a complete ass to a customer. May God bless this woman. She is full of hate . read more

I bought some Catfish fillets here to eat a few days later so I put them in the freezer. My wife took them out to thaw about six days later once thawed she smelled them as she always does the meat. She asked me to smell them also and they were definitely spoiled. I took the receipt back to the store and informed them of the fish. The manager said I had three days to bring the receipt in on bad meat. What the heck. I had to eat them within three days. This is rediculous . I won't buy any meats there if that's their thinking! read more

THE PERFECT SCORE! This is a nice Walmart and we stopped in because we were looking for an inverter for our car. I liked being able to drive directly to the automotive section so that I could slip in the rear door for easy access. As soon as we entered the space, we were warmly greeted by several employees. We were excited to snag the last inverter which we use to power the Christmas lights on our van. Yes Dear, everything must bling during the holidays! My husband always tries to "pull me back" because I can be more than a bit extra at times. He initially thought that I was using too many lights for the décor. However, after he saw the finished product he quickly jumped on board and purchased even more! When it comes to lights and accessories, Walmart always has exactly what we need. Don't forget to look for items in the craft department as well. We did not want an actual wreath for our outdoor decor so we just used the metal forms and it worked perfectly because without the bulk, you can add more lights. Just so that we are clear, you can never have too many lights as long as they are uniform and hung in a neat and tasteful manner. Some of you like to mix and match for that sloppy circus look. Stop it! You really need to use additional supports to keep your lights from drooping. Just be neat about it! Walmart has the hooks and additional supports you need. Thanks Walmart! ***Watch out for the guy in the mobility cart with nothing in his basket. Those "stamps" he is offering to sell are actually foodstamps and not mailing stamps as I originally thought. I immediately said no to the idea of purchasing postage stamps from some random guy in Walmart, but later when he mentioned the stamps in conjunction with food, I figured it out. Bridget is the best Walmart employee that I have ever encountered. Even when other employees were rude and unhelpful, Bridget made my day even when she could not find what I was looking for. She took time out of her workday to speak with me and help me out when no other employee would. read more

Having had recent surgery I find it upsetting to go to the store near me for groceries and cannot find an operating Scooter for disabled folks. This time I left and went to another store. The attitudes of your staff stinks! The most famous favorite line I hear continuously is" That's not my department!" Well I will spend my money elsewhere. read more

Price tags seem to be an issue in the store. I have told the people in the produce dept that the price was wrong on the small cup of tomatoes on my last 5 visits to the store. They had a shelf tag priced at .92 but the price at the checkout was $1.42. Another item was the great value Frozen Texas Toast shelf price $1.64 and at the checkout it was $2.18. I gave the wrong shelf tags to a overnight asst. Mgr to see if they could get the right prices posted on the shelf. I did not bother to get a refund but will shop at another Walmart were the price on the shelf is the same at the checkout. read more
