I went with him to drive him home "just in case." His appointment was at 10:15 am on a Sunday, and he checked in a little after the pharmacy opened at 10 am. At 10:15, R was called to the private room where he was given his first dose, and was told to have a seat in one of the socially distanced chairs for people waiting for pharmacy transactions, and, if he didn't experience any immediate reactions, he could leave after 15 minutes. While R was waiting, I walked around the store, just looking closely at things. That's when I realized this Walgreens is better maintained and managed than most other Walgreens I've been to. The aisles seem wider, it's very clean and uncluttered, and organized. Where I've seen items on shelves in other Walgreens just haphazardly placed, or the last of the inventory shoved to the back of the shelves, where, sometimes they can't be seen, someone at this Walgreens took the time to move items, even the last one of that item, to the very front of the shelves making it easy for customers to find what they're looking for. I was very impressed by this detail! The only thing that I could suggest is that the non-pharmacy employees engage with customers by, at the minimum, acknowledging that they are there. There were two employees who mainly stood behind the cash register at the front, and didn't say a word even though they made eye contact with me. A "Hello" or "Can I help you find anything?" would have been a courteous thing to do. Parking should be easy to find since the free parking lot wraps around Walgreens and is used only by the store's customers.

I came here for one item…read more(a shipping box), but ultimately left spending over $50 on things, which I guess is a good thing for them. My wallet, not so much. Now, overall, it's a Walgreens. They've got the same thing your local Walgreens has. They've got a pharmacy, a photo center, a lot of things you don't need and then some. But I will say, the associate who waited on me was so friendly and I'm upset I never got her name. She made sure every bag was double-bagged. She made sure my rewards number was entered in correctly. She was sweet and friendly and made sure the customer service experience was great. At the end of the transaction I left the box there, the one item I actually needed. She made sure I didn't leave without it. So I'm very impressed and thankful. If I was in this area more often I would frequent this location for certain.

I forget about coupons often. I got 2-$5.99 body sprays and paid a little over $3 for them both. I got an email within a short time saying it was ready for pickup. I chose this location bc I was going to be in the area anyways. The pickup area at the front was really neat with the bags labeled. It said you didn't need to do anything but pickup but I still asked her to ensure she didn't need to see my confirmed order. In and out in less than 2 mins. My type of pickup!

I frequent this store as i do delivery in the area and I've never encountered an issue until today. When I walked in i started to make my way to the restroom as I have a medical condition that requires me to go urgently at times and the older woman pictured demanded I walk over to her. Not knowing what she wanted i held my urine and walked over and she angrily stated i had been coming into the store 'too frequently' and that she had spoken with the owner Danny Patel and he had given her permission to have a different policy for me when i arrived. She barked at me that I needed to 'make a purchase!' And clarified that before I could use their restroom I had to make a purchase 'each time!' I walked into the store. Now to the reader I have always left their restrooms cleaner than what I found them often picking up behind others and I very often purchase items when I walk out. This woman then stated I always caused 'lines to form' when i used the restroom. I was surprised by this and I knew this wasn't true. It was a fabricated lie because the restroom has two stalls and the majority of times I've used it the second stall which has always been working has been empty. Also, when I walk out of the restroom I have never seen a line. So I was perplexed as to what she could have been referring to. I did notice however that the past few times I had come to the store both women had eyed me angrily and suspiciously. They intensely focused on me and that made me feel uncomfortable. I ended up purchasing gum to use the restroom. But this woman even went on to tell me the times I had come to their store stating 'you come every morning around 7 or 8 and you come in the evening around 7 or 8'. She was highly upset i sometimes came to the store at the very start of my work shift during delivery and at the very end of my shift. Why on earth would she keep track of that? I know people who frequent the same gas station where they live or work on a daily basis. So why was she so concerned with me? It didn't make sense. I left the store and eventually called back up there to ask again about the restroom policy. I had informed the older woman when I was in the store it would be illegal for her to single me out for a 'purchase before restroom use' policy when i knew that policy wasn't in force for others. When i called the woman appeared to lie to me to make me believe I was talking to someone else by claiming she arrived to work around 11 or 12 when I asked. Certainly she would have known what time she arrived. Then when I made clear I was the person in the store earlier she doubled down on the disrespect and this time started yelling and screaming at me that i came to her store 'everyday!!' EVERYDDAAYY!!! She yelled as if i this was just an inconceivable act. When i explained to her I work in the area doing delivery and I have a medical condition that requires use of a restroom during my shift again she did not care and she was wildly disrespectful and rude on the phone angrily yelling and screaming at me the entire time. So I went up there and I grabbed a bag of chips off the shelf and walked to the counter because I hoped to capture a name badge or something as I was going to formally complain to shell. When I made It to the counter the younger woman came over and when I pulled out my cellphone which is how I always pay she took off running from the counter towards the older woman on the side of the register and they both turned away from me and tried to sheild their faces from my camera. I eventually turned to leave and when I turned to leave the younger woman ran over screaming and yelling what sounded like obscenities at me as I walked away. She did this in front of other customers and even made an allegation i was somehow loitering. How ignorant. Rude. And disrespectful. And I of course promptly put in a complaint with shell. If these ignorant, abusive, uncultured filth didn't want me in their store they could have simply told me. I've always been respectful clean and quiet. 99% of the time I have made purchases and since I never use cash I have the receipts to prove it. To fabricate a lie like I'm causing lines to get the owner to approve harassing me when I enter the store is abhorrent behavior. It also potentially violates the law to hold me to a separate standard than others. Forcing me to purchase 'EACH TIME'!' I enter the store when the same has not been requested of others. These horrid people could have simply told me to not patronize their store instead of lying on me and subjecting me to abuse. Shame on you.
