Its a little slow. Would love to see more outlet stores. Hundreds pass Macon to go to Tanger. Macon mall could get some of that business.

I am absolutely upset with the service I received yesterday. On Monday I purchased a pair of shoes…read morefor myself and my child, plus some clothes items. I ended up wanting to exchange my shoes for a different size , so I took them in yesterday to exchange them. They didnt have the size I needed which was fine, so I found different shoes, that cost twice as much. I loved them. The problem was I needed help getting them off the shelf, the only one was out was the display one that I tried on but the box was way up high and it was the only one. I found a guy that worked there who was already in the shoe isle. I asked him for help, he was busy chatting on his phone before he even acknowledged me, and when I told him the situation, he told me to "just check behind the boxes lower down that you can reach and maybe you'll find one." Naturally I did that first before asking for help. I told him I did that and only see the 1 display box that had the other shoe in it. He told me " Its probably not even in there." He would not help me. SO I went to the counter and returned my shoes rather than giving them anymore of my money. I told the guy at the counter that I wanted to just return because nobody was willing to help me. All he said was :Sorry bout that." I wont be shopping there again which sucks because I spend alot of money there.

I always love going into this store. I find the best deals on snacks for my little ones lunches &…read morea lot of bath items like wash, shampoo, & conditioner. The deals are great & the staff is fantastic. The only downfall is that all the times I've gone in, there is usually only 1 register open. I always feel bad for that one cashier being the only one open & usually there are quite a few people waiting.

Not to be mean or trite, but I really wasn't expecting a really first-rate skateboard shop--with…read moretwo locations at that--in Macon, Georgia. Nothing wrong with Macon, but given that Gainesville, Florida is a booming college town and can't even manage a shop of this caliber . . . given that Daytona Beach has a long history of skateboarding and a sick new park and can't manage something this rad either, I guess I was kinda surprised. Clockwork carries Nike SB sneakers--they may in fact be the only Georgia store outiside of the Atlanta metro area to do so (unless Augusta or Athens has one that does). They also carry a great selection of decks, trucks, wheels, clothing, and other brands of sneakers and soft goods that appeal to skaters. Both stores--the Macon Mall one and the one down near Warner-Robins AFB--are simply beautiful spaces. Many skate shops are thrown-together affairs with little thought to aesthetics, which is funny because most skaters I know are into things like the visual arts or woodworking so you're think our stores would carry over the same desire for good design we seek on decks and in our clothing. Clockwork does this: the stores are really beautiful. You don't expect that in a mall store. So you've got some chill kids running a skate shop that carries most everything you'd expect in even a big-city shop like the SBs and other limited, rare, goods and you have it in a moderate-sized Southern city's mall . . . yeah. Savannah, where I lived for a while, and of course Atlanta, act like they've got the market on sophisticated youth culture in Georgia and then here comes along a skate shop with two locations down in Macon that just blows everything else out of the water.

The staff recommended and help build my family two boards. They have been nothing but great for us…read more On top of that, my son has seen and been helped by the staff at a local skatepark with tips on tricks and motivating him. Great store and staff imo.

There's a much better selection on homeware and specialty food items. There was a line and only one register open. However there were 2 others standing behind the registers and the one that was open kept stopping to text on her phone. Also, quite alarming that they had a shopping cart blocking 2 of the exit doors. I'm sure they have their reasons but I could only think about-what if there's an emergency!

Today was the worst experience ive ever had at a ross store or any store in my life. You have…read moreforever lost not just one customer but many as word of mouth spreads like wildfire. Today my family of 5 went to your store while we were waiting to get our car fixed. A store that i have frequented often through the years. We have a 1yr old who requires a diaper bag that comes with us wherever we go. Completely understandable to everybody but your employees at the presidential parkway ross in macon ga. My boyfriend walks in your store, and there stands a loss prevention officer and a manager a few feet from him. They both look at him and tell him he needs to exit the store. That book bags are not allowed. He calmly tells them it is not a book bag it is a diaper bag. And even offeres to open it and show them the contents. Which the reply to that was we dont care whats in it we need you to leave the store immediately. In utter shock and embarrassment he left leaving me inside with three children including a infant. No solution was offered. Not even a sliver of kindness. To humiliate an entire family of what i was told after was "just policy" but not posted absolutely anywhere on or around your store is completely not ok. I spoke to the manager shortly after the incident when i was checking out and i noticed 2 more familys walk in with actual backpacks who were not even looked at sideways. One didnt even have a infant but was allowed to enter and go about his shopping experience. The amount of disrespect and hostility shown to my family today left me in awe. That a store could have employees treat a family like that and even remotly think that it would be ok is appalling.
