So instead of refunding my one dollar- not really that big a deal but a pain in the butt- they told me they're not "reliable" for it and said they would call someone if there was no number on the machine. there was no number on the machine so I went back inside and the girl said she would call them in a minute after she finished doing whatever it was she was doing and proceeded to count down a cash drawer and say sorry you're having a bad day. Not until now is what I told her as I waited some more. By now I'm getting a little perturbed and asked the name of the place as I get out my iPhone to report this on yelp. Then an hour after I park the attendant comes out and states I'm not allowed to wait in the lot. And I move over to where she informed me u could wait. After 2 more hours my passengers are ready for pick up and I go back to the store to get everyone a bottle if water.
