I have been shopping here for a couple of years. The only thing that surprised me last year was that they stopped making fresh flour tortillas. What a bummer! I tried saying something at the store but I'm not sure that I was understood. A few months later, they brought them back! It made me so happy. The staff seems friendly. I have never had an issue. There is a language barrier but I just pull out my phone and try my best to ask for what I need. I consider it a learning experience and it's kind of fun! They use deceptive practices like false advertisement and are always mislabeling items. They don't value customers and are rude when I've addressed these things; many people don't notice how off their labels are from prices that ring up. We are talking dollar differences! Be attentive! read more

Rude staff, unclean eating area, everything is only in Spanish. 4 tables had obvious English only speaking customers and yet they kept calling order numbers in Spanish and letting food pile up till customers just went up to figure it out. read more

This is a great store. Find lots of unique food items. Tortillas are the best and will only buy from here. Veggies are usually cheaper and nicer here but that can vary. I've never had issues with prices and staff is usually helpful. read more

This place is without a doubt awesome. You would't think that with this being a tienda (ethnic store). However, the food is very good in the food court. I highly highly recommend getting the beef and chicken flautas. I usually never order these out as outside family cooking it's crap. However, they must have some abuelitas back there cooking because they are very very good! Nice and crunchy and do not have that burnt taste. I also recommend the marinated beef they cook, which is kind of red in color. The panaderia is also good with good prices on conchas, empanadas, etc. The staff is friendly too. For those that complained that no one can speak English, there was never a time I was in there where there was not at least one or two people in the food court that can speak English. However, you have to understand this one critical thing. This is an HISPANIC SUPERMARKET! They are going to speak another language in there! Perhaps people should try and branch out and speak some Spanish, like I do, which makes the whole experience more fun. Just a thought. Fantastic place! read more

If I could give zero stars I would Worse customer service ever never been to this store it was my first time and last time. I had a cart full of groceries I get to the lane to pay the cashier he already has a nasty face as I'm putting my groceries to ringed my mom sees that the cashier is making a mess with the food that is already bagged and tossed the bags like nothing he didn't care if I had heavy food or fragile food. I stated to the cashier your making a mess and he says I'm making a mess and I stated to the cashier yes you are and he tells me oh your not going to disrespect me like that I stated to the cashier I'm disrespecting you? he stated yes and I ask him how am I disrespecting you? and he states you know what I'm going to cancel the order and your going to leave and I stated I am going to leave? and he said yes I stated I want to talk to your manager and he comes back with the manager after 10 minutes of talking to him making it seem like I did something wrong by saying your making a mess with my bag the manager comes back and stated I saw the cameras and I see that your holding the lane and that if I want the stuff he can ring me and I state to the manager the cashier said that I was being rude and he was not going to be disrespected by just me telling him he was making a mess with my food that was bagged already and the manager did not say anything he just said that if I wanted my food because their was a lot of customers I'm sorry but that store was almost empty. I have family members that work in the grocery store industry and they are thought that the customers are priority I understand that managers should back up their employees but I did not know that saying to the cashier that your making a mess with my bagged food was disrespectful. I'm not sure if they realized but because of us customers that shop there well not me anymore first and last time I shop there that they have a job and for them to provide to their family. I have bought from this place many times. Everything was always really good. Today I go to the meat counter to buy fajitas. I waited in line for 10 minutes and finally my turn and the guy behind the counter walks off to do what ever. He comes back after a couple minutes and another customer walked up beside me and he immediately waits on him, mmm, ok whatever. Then he walks off again and same thing another guy walks up beside me and he comes back and waits on him and walks off. Seems to me he or they do not like white people and that's ok I'll go to sams or Walmart to get my shit next time. read more

Worst customer service I have experienced! I pre-paid for meat to pick up following day. When I went to pick up manager was rude and they need to train cashiers to give receipts, they told me I could pick it up with phone number and when I went to pick it up the manager got mad because I didn't have a receipt. Luckily the cashier that had taken the payment was there, but manager didn't apologize for not training the cashier! If I could rate no stars I would.
