For being such a big box store, they have just about anything you could want. The staff is courteous and helpful. It is always busy, so parking can be challenging at times. Bought a set of tires at this location, including the warranty and the tires cupped after 20,000 miles and they will not honor the warranty to resolve the situation. I was told by the auto center manager that it's my problem. This is the last time I will use their services for tires or other auto services. Be careful what tires you buy from there because if they are not authorized retailers, the manufacturer nor the store will honor the warranty. read more

Me and my wife are a bi-racial couple and do spark orders, every time we go to this store and try to do orders like we once have this store makes up some reason to cancel our order or just cancels it without any reason but if you're white and I'm not saying this in a bad way and have a dog with you they'll let you pick up someone's food or if you're white they'll let you stuff 19 to 20 orders in your Honda but be a interracial couple trying to make a living in a truck and they cancel your order and tell you that you can't do orders at there store and when I say truck I'm talking about a F-150 XLT, video to be released soon! read more

Every time I shop here the produce is rotten it's hard to find one that isn't. Last trip I bought a bag of potatoes that were so rotten they were soaking wet inside and smelled. I just bought sausage and it is two months out of date. This is unacceptable I shouldn't have to check every single date of the items I'm purchasing. read more

First experience with Grocery Pickup with Walmart. Should be something that is " convenient" right? My husband went to go pick up the order, I used the Walmart app for iPhone mind you, marked on the app that I was "checked in" my husband parked, on the app I was able to select what parking spot number he was in and what color the car was. ON THE APP IT SAYS...."Got it. We'll be out shortly" the order will be brought out. My husband waited for an HOUR before anyone came out. Called the number on the parking sign, as did I from home AND NO ONE AT THIS LOCATION PICKED UP, IN ANY DEPARTMENT!!! My husband had to YELL across the parking lot towards a worker and they said on there end it says "still arriving" and I clicked a button wrong........THEN WHY DOES IT CLEARLY SAY ON MY FUCKING APP THAT WE ARE WAITING ON YOU ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My husband showed screenshot proof of my app and they ended up apologizing but in a lackadaisical way. This store is constantly out of items. Not like other Walmarts. Honestly always had issues with this store. Would speak over the phone with a manager about all this but oh wait they don't pick up the phone anyway. Employees are always really helpful and I'm glad they put more self checkouts since they didn't seem to have a lot of cashiers. I know people are mad about the self checkouts but if they'd check online this location and other Walmarts they are hiring at this moment for cashiers and other positions in the store. With that being the case the jobs weren't taken away there are still job opportunities at these stores with self checkouts. I did talk to a cashier to ask what happened to the ones previously working, they were offered other spots in the store. So no worries. Love being to chose self check out or a register with a employee. read more

This Walmart is so organized, clean, and well stocked. Parking is easy. I have been here a few times and have always seen plenty of employees. I have been able to run in and out without delay. Tried out Grocery Pick-up, and LOVED it! Ordering online was easy, I was able to add items to my cart while I thought of things (saved my cart). Pickup was a breeze, they have great signage to direct you where to park, once you get parked there's a sign with phone number to call to let associates know you're there & what parking space # you're in. The associates came out quickly, loaded all of my groceries, and even had me check the chicken breasts to make sure they were to my liking. All of the produce they chose were fresh, and my order didn't have any substitutions. Bonus. They also gave me a welcome bag! read more

They have over 20 lanes and only keep 2 to 3 open. Lines get so long that you can't even get down the main isle. Lane 15 is always backed up because it is the one they sale cigarettes from. The store has less stock and choices than the Fenton location. read more

this is an awesome walmart---clean -newer--nicely lit--organized---big but not overwhelming....I really like the way it is set up...the pharmacy is right by one of the entrance doors so elderly folks don't have to go to the middle of the store AND the customer service is right there also. Really appreciate what these associates are doing to help the community while staying safe. They are always friendly while distancing the best they can while still doing their job. They are always cleaning the and disinfecting the carts before I need one. read more

Maybe it's hit or miss depending on who's working, however, my experience in the customer service here is not helpful. They wouldn't waste a breath to try to help or work to resolve any difficulties you may be experiencing as a customer. Shelves never stocked consistently with the same products, or stocked at all. read more

I give one star to this walmart because they do keep it clean for high ridge. But if you go there expect to be treated like scum. I think every employee there hates their life! Every time I'm there the cashiers are in terrible moods. They will be complaining about their job or how they didn't get a break. They can't even tell a customer their total. The lady who answered the phone in electronics (after a long wait) told me that the specific tv I saw online was indeed in stock in this location. I asked her to hold it for me and I would be there in ten minutes. She said there was no need as there were plenty of them. I went straight there only to find out there were none! They had been gone for hours! I asked for the manager who did absolutely nothing. I asked why an employee would lie so blatantly to a customer?? No answer. I asked if I could get a rain check and pick it up when it came back in stock. I was told "we don't do that". This Walmart is larger than the old House Springs Walmart but still smaller than the Fenton Walmart. The grocery section is kinda set up funny because they have the freezer section closer to the door than further to the back of the store so you have to walk all the way back to back of the store to begin your shopping otherwise your frozen stuff will be half melted. It is just a crazy set up to me but I deal with it because I live approx 5 mins from this store. I have never had bad service at this Walmart and it doesn't ever seem to be overly busy. I can usually get in and out of it quick. read more

Trying to get any help in this store is a monumental task, and the times you actually find an employee, they usually do not have any knowledge to actually help you. I just stood around for an hour while four employees searched for an Iphone. When they returned, they said.....uuuhhhhh,,,,,we can't find our phones. You can come back in the morning and maybe the day shift can find them. I think I'll drive the extra couple of miles to Fenton, where they employ less mental midgets. I moved here from Illinois almost 2 years ago and moved to within a mile from High Ridge Wal-Mart. I am there almost every day. It is the nicest Wal-Mart I have been in and I have been in 4 others. Everyone is very helpful and one in particular a over night stocker named Bobby is the nicest employee I have seen anywhere in a long time. I worked in food service for 30 years and I know how some customers and employees can be so rude. Bobby never lets me get by him without speaking and tells me how important customers are.
