If you care about the well being of your vehicle or your safety DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT take your vehicle here. I used to trust them to help me with minimal things such as tires or buying products or parts etc. They had me place an order for a tire they promised to have for me the next day (that being today) said I would get a phone call. I had to call them myself to be told "it was here". Mind you I called at 2pm and was never told anything else I said ok thank you I'll be by after work to get it I get off at 5. A lady named Anne said "ok thank you"! It is 5:35 and I drove in to see all car slots completely closed down and doors locked with a sign outside that says they close at 7pm. This promoted me to call the main number and asked to be transferred to be answered by the same lady who deliberately told me they had to close at 4 because they did not have a liscense technician available. I then reminded her how quickly the guy suggested I come get it bc of how bad my tire is. I have to drive from Denton to flower mound daily at high speeds and I now have to worry about my personal safety and hope I don't loose my car or even my life because they have unlicensed technicians in staff? Very unprofessional and unethical. They could have shipped my tire to the Denton location had they known this would happen.

If you shop a few times a week it's not big deal, and definitely not a deal breaker. There's basically 1 of each item-mainly in a label you've never heard of but you can tell who makes it. They do have a few "brand names", still pretty cheap compared to anywhere- wallyworld included. The biggest drawback is there's not much of anything "pharmacy-wise". No biggie- there's one on the corner. Meats are very good, and incredibly cheap by and large. Oh, bring a quarter and your own bags (or buy one of theirs!) Staff is always pleasant and they sell beer/wine.

For one a lot of molded fruit/veggie so double check your groceries. Secondly, when I went up to pay I had a missing balance. Something so simple as suspending the transaction or voiding it or simply asking me if I wanted to remove some items right then and there would have been fine. Instead of being met with someone who's understanding of the current economy and that simple card errors occur, I was met with Constance. Constance huffed and rolled her eyes like the simple press of a button was such a big hassle. I went back in line with less items in my cart. At the end I grab my receipt and told Constance, God Bless You Miss. Constance STANDS up like she's ready for an altercation and asks me to repeat myself. I told her God Bless You, because genuinely I have zero hate in my heart and I understand people have tough days. Moral of the story is don't go to this aldi or you'll get judged by Constance and her moldy food

People say "it's only a grocery store" but it's just better, waaaaaay better. This location has plenty of Central Market goods, which is really nice. They also have Premier Napa Valley wines and a fun beer/wine crew to help you out. Can't say enough - one of the few places if actually give 6 stars!!!

As soon as he saw I was approaching the counter with my daughter he went behind the wall and didn't come back for like 10 minutes. It got to the point I went to ask for help from another employee because I felt like that was kind of weird. The seafood counter closes at 7, so I would think he would actively be working the last hour. When I received help from another employee, so kind by the way as they normally are at this location, the man at the seafood counter finally came around the wall but like not happy at all. It was an uncomfortable interaction and I get everyone has their days. So I asked for 4 clusters of snow crab to be steamed and he stated the steamer was broke... Now HEB PLEASE don't turn into kroger! This was a hack that became popular due to tik tok but it sucks to know you found something that you like but then it depends on if their steamer is working properly. With the location of this store, how much business it receives and it being the first and most popular location in Frisco, you should make sure everything in your store is up to date and working efficiently. But also the attitude behind it was almost like he was happy he didn't have to do it. So I did speak to the manager and she let me know there are 2 other locations which I was aware of and happily would have went to but because of the wait at the seafood counter we were not able to do that. Please make sure your equipment is working properly but also that all of your employees are happy and proud to work for your company.

Not only did the young Latino man almost run into my mid section at full speed, he also refused to apologize and was rudely saying "Well I'll agree to Disagree" which is as bad or worse than a fake apology. When you hire too many young people with flexible morals and flexible values that have little to no accountability for customers inside the grocery store/super market and management that refuses to make these employees be accountable for their actions the resultant is a horrible customer experience. If I return to this store I will wear a jockey strap to protect myself and I'll make my kids wear football protective gear just in case the Amazon/ Wholefoods management refuses to discipline their people to make sure I can keep my children safe. I am also going to consider buying additional insurance to cover my risk of injury while shopping around these very dangerous and disrespectful Generation Z employees loading preorders with no consideration for anyone else. It's much safer to not shop here and to order online and protect your body and your children. Low integrity means No integrity. Over the years this store has fallen to new Epically LOW like SUB-PAR STANDARDS! Not to Mention they took anyway the Miltary Discount. Much of the very best employees left when Amazon bought them out. It's really a shame to shop there. Buy your shopping insurance, be prepared to get ran over by Amazon delivery and do not ever expect an apology, especially if you're Caucasian. I noticed 5 Amazon delivery order employees pushing the karts too fast. The food is still excellent it's just too dangerous to shop there. Don't bring your elderly or children, a serious injury is just waiting to happen based off the way they act. I'm a Decorated War Veteran. The Entire Store should be Ashamed of Themselves!
