Very friendly staff. Always willing to help! Better than other local stores (Flower Mound).

Not impressed with their management. Marsha needs people skills. nice people skills. she seems to be using hostile people skills instead. Had 2 coupons. both were $10 off $40. asked to buy half my merchandise 1st. and use coupon. then buy rest of merchandise with 2nd coupon. i would save a grand total of $20 and Kohl's would make $200 off the sale..she refused to split my transaction. noting "only one coupon per customer, period" my response: ok ill buy these items (half) and then put the rest on hold with customer service. leave, get lunch and come back. then ill use my 2nd coupon. THIS IS WHAT BLEW MY MIND (i was a retail manager for 7yrs and this stunned me) she said "no you are still the same person" it got worse. she felt the need to tack on to the end "..and i'll tell the store not to do that for you cuz you are still the same person and its one coupon per customer!" things got interesting when i 1. informed her i called customer service prior to my visit and they said its not a problem (corporate customer service number) she declared she doesnt care what cooperate says she is saying no and thats it. i asked what would be better for them. should i leave and not make a purchase...she said YES! i repeated. i should leave and NOT spend $200 in this store and give another company my $$ over $20 in savings?? this time she insisted that my money wasnt needed.................... ....what? the phone call the proceeded WITH corporate was interesting. that lady was exceptionally friendly and just as baffled. two coupons on ONE transactions are a no no but she couldnt even grasp why this manager wouldnt allow me to split my large purchase into TWO transactions. or leave and come back. how is that not discriminating against an individual. basically it was her discretion and for whatever reason. idk maybe she had a bad morning but she was sour. idk who hires managers that tell $$ to walk out. did i mention i was buy school clothes and my 6year old was very confused as to why mommy couldnt buy his school clothes. there were other customers in line too! how embarrassing and rude. a lady caught me in the parking lot and said she heard whole thing (was on opposite check out) and she wont be shopping at that location after she saw her treat me that way. she offered to buy our stuff but that wasnt the point and her support was enough. read more

Do not recommend! Go to a different one if you really need to go to a khols the business as whole is bad but this one is awful!!! Rude employees and managers, it's always messy, and overall I've always had a bad experience when I go here, and I'm over it. Id rather drive the extra 5-10 minutes to go the one in flower mound, it's bigger and has more selections anyways. DONT GO HERE !!!! read more

This place has great sales and coupons. Returns are always easy even if you don't have your receipt they will use your card to retrieve the sale. They have great clearance prices. The store is always clean and organized. Products are easy to find. They have something for everyone. Kohls carries various designers such as, Jennifer Lopez. Vera Wang, Lauren Conrad, etc. The styles and colors are pretty fashionable. The story recently changed their signage to an electronic system which eliminates the need for paper signs. This has truly helped with price/sale identification. The restroom area is always clean and orderly. The checkout line usually moves pretty quickly, if for some reason there is a line help is always called to the front. read more

My husband and I have been going black Friday shopping here for the past couple of years. We will definitely not be going back. Everything seemed to be out of place or not ringing up right. Our son found a toy he wanted that should of been on sale for 49.99 and it rang up twice that and the management would not honor that. On top of that the front people had no idea what they were doing and the credit machines went down. read more

Harmony Bays Second bad experience here. They had all their boxes sets clearances on a shelf the complete section all around with big 50% off signs. So I grabbed a boxed set and brought it to check out along with $300 other things. She scanned it and said it wasn't on sale and had someone go check to prove. She had come over and said they were on that shelf but weren't marked down because they didn't have room anywhere else to put them. I told her it was false advertisement. I went with her to check the signage and she said oh they must have moved the sign...oh here it is and brought this dull computer lit screen that said the prices right in the plain middle of two large 50% off signs. Needless to say...they lost over $300 just this day and J will never step foot in this store again. False advertising and not to mention my son commented on how she had dropped something and cussed in front of him. I have spent a lot of money at this store but after second bad experience....NEVER again!! read more

Try to stop by this place at least once every two months and you will be sure to find a deal. They usually have several sales racks with great deals, like fitted shirts for 7bucks! As far as the normal priced clothes go i usually don't even look at them because they cycle through things so fast i might as well wait. I think more people would like this place, but it is kind of tucked away, so be sure to check it out! read more

I went black Friday shopping at the store and on-line. Went back to the store with my receipt and they said they could not do it with the email receipt I would have to have the receipt out of the box. So I called my son and had him open his xmas present early and send me a copy of it. Dennis the manage said they cannot combine on-line and store receipt after I went through all of that - since when. Lewisville Kohls customer service has gone down hill with this management - Flowermound here I come. read more

Been an MVP customer for years BUT my experience last Sunday, March 5 is unbelievable. Spend 3 hours shopping. When I checked out, the dress was scanned as $32.99. It has a yellow tag of $11.00. Isaiah said it has the wrong tag. He tried to removed the top yellow tag to see the bottom yellow tag. It has $17.00. He said he cannot give it to me for the tag price of $11.00 but will gladly give me a 15% discount. BAD customer service. Will NEVER go back to this location (Lewisville TX) .
