Even when I went to pick up the piece other employees offered their tools to help take the rack apart and fit it into my vehicle. They finally agreed to purchase the replacement parts and send them to me. They sent me one part and it was the wrong part for a different model. Then I did their job for them and sent them the exact manufacturer part numbers to make sure and get the correct parts. It is 5 months later and still no parts. They claimed the parts were on backorder, I contacted the manufacture and asked if this was true. They said all parts were in stock and shipped in 1-4 weeks. Do NOT purchase anything from them without thoroughly checking through it on site.

When I was checking out, the cashier asked whether anyone had assisted me so they could receive credit. I explained that no one had helped me or even acknowledged me. Rather than offering an apology or addressing the concern, the cashier proceeded with the transaction without comment and handed me my receipt--no apology, no closing remark, no acknowledgment. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had, particularly as a Black woman spending my money in a retail establishment. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism left a lasting negative impression. I will not be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
