WORST WALMART IN THE WORLD!!! I'm waiting in isle 126 to get a CO2 cartridge for an airgun. It's locked behind a glass shield (not surprised) so I need a representative to unlock it. After I hit the call button over and over, no one comes to assist me. I had enough and spoke to the customer service section and asked for them to unlock it for me. They tell me they've been calling someone to come help me but no one showed up. So I walk back to isle 126 hoping a fairy would randomly fucking appear and assist me, next thing you know, no one did!!!!! I even called Walmarts number WHILE IM IN WALMART AND NO ONE PICKED UP. I'm waiting there for a good 1 and a half hours, nothing happened. Workers walk past like idiots, no help. I even asked a worker to come assist me, dude says he's off the clock. I have all of my items in bags and the lady checking receipts said she had to make sure I paid for my toilet paper, which was fine, so I hold onto my receipt with both hands so she can see it and she gets an attitude and rolled her eyes just because I was holding my receipt read more

I wish I could give this Walmart a 0-star rating. I waited patiently on the phone for customer service to get back to me for about 45 minutes before hanging up. I talked to four different representatives inquiring if they had a product in stock. I live about 30 minutes away from this Walmart and I noticed that they were the only Walmart with the laptop that I wanted in "limited stock" so I called before driving there. It seems like they just kept me on hold so that I would eventually hang up on my own. It was a ridiculous wait. I generally love Walmart -- even if the staff isn't the friendliest staff; however, this Walmart is definitely one that I will never EVER go to. read more

This store is the absolute worst when it comes to Grocery pick up. It consistently takes 45min. to an 1 hour for them to bring groceries out after checking in on the app. They lied to me and told me that it doesn't go in the order that we checked in on the mobile app. after I questioned them as to why that people that came after me were getting their groceries before me. The employee proceeds to say that some of the workers bring out smaller orders and that other workers bring out bigger orders. I asked her that I thought the orders were brought out in the order in which people checked in on the mobile app. She said no thats not how it works. So another 25 min. later after calling the 804-994-3036 (useless phone number that is rarely answered) someone finally picks up and tries to tell me that I didn't check in on the app. (which was a lie b/c I had a screenshot of my confirmed check in) and then says there are several people in front of me. I tell her what the other worker had said about different workers bringing out bigger orders and smaller orders and she says "well that worker lied to me". This whole process at this store is trash!!! I've said before I'm not coming back here and I screwed myself over by not following through. Please avoid this store, it is going to take you over an hour to get your groceries which is stupid because this service is meant to expedite the process. Go to any other Walmart, I have not had this issue at other stores. read more

I've NEVER hated Walmart as much as I do right now. As much money as they bring in they can't seem to ever have carts and if they do you are lucky to get one that works. Our Walmart has and is going through a major renovation. They are taking pride in their self check out. I see more employees now than I never have when self checkout was a personal choice as a convenience. But now that it's mandatory you have literally 2 registers with cashier's and 20 self checkout. With so many employees just walking the self checkout making sure you scan everything. Then on my way out SIX no joke or exaggeration...6 employees checked my receipt and 4 of those went so much to go through my bags along with several other customers. Then question why I double bagged everything!!! I said really? She said it's policy. If you don't trust us, do it yourself! Not to mention the elderly who already struggled to put their items into their cart to have to do them themselves! Pure laziness. What a horrible way to spend our hard earned money with workers who stand around on their phones, don't know anything about their products, can never find anyone in departments especially electronics, and when you ask for help give you a song and a dance I'm in the wrong line of work. To get paid full time with employee benefits and discount programs, to do absolutely nothing is a bit freaking ridiculous! Put them as cashier's. I'm so done. I'm really disappointed in Walmart. Wal-Mart customer service center will lie to you when there is an issue with delivery service. If it's late they will say they have a special number to contact local store manager and get a solution. They put you on hold, but they have no contact with the store. I think they use a timer for how long they can put you on hold before coming back on the line with a lie. Had long conversation with a representative who insisted Wal-Mart does not charge a delivery fee to Walmart+customers no matter what the total order is. They sure do! Anything under $35. If they say your order is delayed than keep extending the delivery time hour by hour and it never arrives. Have to reorder after wasting all that time on the line with them. I can not comprehend how a company would allow these workers the power to tell lie after lie! The reps are based in China but (ha Ha) they give you a fake American name. Disgusted! read more

We are from New Orleans and I have never heard a mama speak to her child with the curse words that this lady did, excuse me human being (and I am being nice). I don't think that she knew any other language but that because you could hear her from the next aisle over everyone in the store. The store itself is not at fault. Those kind of people need to eat too. And then I was scammed by a nice looking man, maybe early 30's selling me a bag of makeup in the store and of course not affiliated with WalMart at all. I am recovering from CML, which is a type of chronic leukemia, and the drugs that I am on, don't help me to know what is a scam, and what isn't a scam. So he told me that he would give me the better bag with all of the extra glam in it. And of course he didn't. He gave me the same bag that he had already given me for $40 w/ the extra bag being the EXACT SAME THING that was in the first bag. I can't remember ANY Wal-Mart EVER allowing this kind of mischief before in their building. Therefore I will NOT be returning to this Wal-Mart again. Worst Walmart ever! I live very close but now go back to the Mechanicsville store. I've given them every opportunity to get better, but no, that's clearly not going to happen which is just sad. Shelves are constantly empty of the products I'm specifically looking for. Prices don't match the item is marked on the shelf. Once I was charged $54.00 for a bag of 3 avocados. No. You have to take pictures of the prices on the shelves to show to the cashier. Workers move as slow as possible and hog the isles with their carts so you can't get through when you're trying to shop. Tried to order tires for my car... don't bother, customer service was a joke. Long lines to check out. I have absolutely nothing good to say about this store. read more

Grocery pick up service went very well when I pick up from this location. There's a designated area for pick up parking easily accessible once you enter the lot. A young lady was outside loading groceries for a customer already there when I arrived but she waved to let me know she'd be right over. She promptly came up to my car to let me know she'd bring my order our right away. The wait was short, she was very polite and considerate. Before loading the bags into my car she made sure to inform me about the order and also showed me all the produce to be sure I was happy with the selection. She goes by SB and I recommend her help at pick up area! Positive Experience. read more

Worst experience I have ever had at Walmart. I attempted to purchase a phone through OSL at Walmart in the electronics department on April 9th. I noticed that the phone had features on it that I could not use for the purpose it was being purchased for. The phone was free with the plan, incurring no charge. The association Alysa told me that the transaction was canceled and it was not. I even asked again after waiting in line to make sure I didn't need to do anything further. I received the first bill and have been attempting to have this transaction done away with since. I spoke with at&t and they informed me that I would have to visit Walmart and get a copy of the receipt to show it was not purchased. I visited the Walmart and spoke with Corii and she informed me that she needed to reach out to her manager to have this canceled since it was 14 days past the date of the original transaction. She took all my information and also informed me that she would contact me as soon as possible with some resolve. She never contacted me. This account has moved to collections while I have been attempting to prove that I do not possess the phone and never used it. and when I reached out she never responded. I decided to visit Walmart again on 9 mile where the transaction occurred and I spoke to a rude store manager NyTina (who does not have a business card) who choose to cut me off to talk without fully hearing my problem with this situation and did not take down any of my information other than a phone number after finally asking me "Are you done?" to get me to stop talking to her with her back up staying in support incase anything got spicy. I don't know what type of customer service this is, I'm not shopping at this Walmart ever again and I am rethinking my support of this company as a whole. From stock investments to emergency items. I want this issue resolved or I'll take my business to the competitor or independent groups who care about customer experience. read more

I've never had a good experience at this location. From items not actually being in stock to poor customer service. I can NOT begin to say how many times an item shows in stock online at this particular location and it's actually not. Down to even just bars of soap. Which brings me to my next issue. I have not been back to this location, which is literally across the street, since Late January. I had a run in with Daquan. Supposedly he's the manager of the personal care department. He is rude to both his "workers", as he called her, and customers. The young lady was trying to be helpful to me but presented him with the wrong count of soap to search a price. I told her it was the wrong count but she went around the corner and talked to him anyway. All I heard next was " hell naw, hell naw. she gon' have to buy that shit offline if that's where she saw it." I came around the corner and said excuse me.... he said "was I talking to you?" It ended in a cop coming down the aisle pretending to look at medicine. This was the worst experience ever. To talk to your "worker" like that and a customer. And just a heads up Daquan... she's an employee of the company. Not you. You could be gone tomorrow and they wouldn't miss you sir. Be kinder to your customers and your coworkers. I'd appreciate some additional training for Daquan so that he can know how to address his fellow coworkers when they ask for assistance and how to address customers. Thanks in advance. read more

They do not have back up generators. In the last 2 months their power has went off for hours. 5 times this has happened when I've went here! All the food can go bad! I've had customers near me also say their food was expired! I just was there shopping with my kids and a employee blocked off a freezer area I was trying to get to. I had to go around her cart she was just scanning items! (I'm currently 9 months pregnant) I was able to get what I needed but she wasn't paying attention and flung the freezer door next to me open and hit my stomach really hard! I started cramping! I was livid!!!!! I tried to get another associate. But no one was listening I tried calling no answer. I also tried to do a survey nothing! Employees need to be careful and pay attention to the people around them. She said sorry rudely but didn't check to see if I was ok!
